Providence Mill is a former steam saw mill dating back to the 1800s, where they manufactured agricultural tools. Over the years the property has been updated to what is now a large four bedroom house with flexible living accommodation. The property is within walking distance of the popular market town of Hawes. Over the road is the world famous Wensleydale Creamery, where you can sample the cheese and watch it being made.
Providence Mill has a lovely bright and airy lounge with large bay window and open fire – perfect for relaxing in after a long days walk in the Dales. Two of the bedrooms have the added benefit of an en-suite but not to worry for those that don’t as there is also a good size family bathroom with separate bath and shower. Outside there is ample parking for three vehicles. Owners can provide another single bed available upon request.
