The ground floor entrance porch leads to the living accommodation which comprises of a large living room with open fire, comfy sofas, Smart TV and there are lovely sea views. Off the living room is the conservatory with armchairs - perfect for enjoying a sundowner or two! The dining room and kitchen also benefit from those fabulous sea views. Off the kitchen is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, and family bathroom.
Downstairs on the lower ground floor are two further bedrooms which both have twin beds. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, and hooks for hanging clothes.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Steps lead from conservatory to garden and terrace with patio table and seating. Off road private parking for two cars.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4.00pm - departure 10.00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to two dogs welcome. £25 per week per pet

Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Oil-fired central heating with radiators.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
