Inglenook is a well proportioned home from home in the thriving fishing village of Porthleven. This comfortable cottage benefits from features such as an open fire, sea views, two parking spaces, three bathrooms, an outside terrace and is less than a five minute walk to the beach and the local pub. All of this making Inglenook an ideal choice from which to base your holiday.

The ground floor entrance porch leads to the living accommodation which comprises of a large living room with open fire, comfy sofas, Smart TV and there are lovely sea views. Off the living room is the conservatory with armchairs - perfect for enjoying a sundowner or two! The dining room and kitchen also benefit from those fabulous sea views. Off the kitchen is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, and family bathroom.

Downstairs on the lower ground floor are two further bedrooms which both have twin beds. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

At Inglenook you really can enjoy all of the creature comforts of home with all that Porthleven has to offer right on your doorstep.

Kitchen: Double fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Sea views.
Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment to taps, heated towel rail, basin, wc.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed (5'), dressing table, clothes rail, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets.
Ensuite: Wet room with electric shower, heated towel rail, basin, wc.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers, and hooks for hanging clothes.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (can be zipped together to form a superking), wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rail, basin, wc.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Steps lead from conservatory to garden and terrace with patio table and seating. Off road private parking for two cars.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4.00pm - departure 10.00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to two dogs welcome. £25 per week per pet
Baby Equipment: Travel cot & booster highchair available 
Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Oil-fired central heating with radiators.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Excellent position within easy walking distance of Porthleven harbour, with private parking for two cars. Equipped to a high standard and very comfortable. Beautiful views towards the sea from the south-facing conservatory. Would highly recommend.
