The house is extremely well equipped, I can't think of anything else you would need in a kitchen. The house is roomy and was extremely clean. The welcome pack was appreciated. The garden is very secure for dogs and children and has a lovely table and chairs for the all important holiday dining. The village of Overstrand is well located for surrRead moreounding attractions eg Holt, Cromer and the North Norfolk coastal areas. The village pub The White Horse serves good food and has an excellent play area, it's a five minute walk from the house. Additionally, the doggy cafe at the beach serves good food with a view and doggies are most definitely welcome. There is a coffee booth at the top of the cliff which is open at weekends and also serves goodies. The beach is ten minutes walk from the house, doggies are welcome. There's a lovely inland walk to the radio station, which you can find by turning right on to the main road and turning another right at the signpost. It's uphill initially but levels out for excellent views. I would recommend the location and the facilities to a friend. Hide

A very spacious and well equipped house. The quiet village of Overstrand is lovely, has a really good local pub and a beautiful, quiet beach. A large section of the beach is dog friendly. A truly beautiful house with ABSOLUTELY everything you could possibly need for a superb holiday home. It is a real home. Spacious with a lovely flow. Decent sized garden. Its the first time Ive been provided with more than just a couple (if any) of toilet rolls, tea towels, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent etc etc. Then olive oil, cRead moreling film, foil, ice cube trays. Very thoughtful. Loved visiting Brancaster, Happisburgh, both sandy beaches (as is Sea Palling). The Broads for a mini boat ride from Horning. Local pub good, Rocky Bottom great, No. 1 in Cromer for lovely fish and chips. Holt Country Park is great for the dogs, and nearby at Letheringsett is a fantastic farm shop (Back to the garden/Jarrolds), rib eye steaks were delicious and cooked on the hob griddle provided. Loved the cookies and chutney in our welcome pack. (And a friendly neighbour who took the bin out!) Hide

A lovely property, very clean and warm. Comfortable and homely. Well positioned for places to visit and although we have been limited due to appalling weather, our stay was Four days during the Arctic Blast!! We travelled around and found lots of things to do in better weather. Having side gate in back garden is very helpful for unloading and loadiRead moreng car and also for taking dogs out. Stairs are steep so possibly difficult for someone with walking disability, but the bedrooms are worth getting to with lovely comfortable beds. All round we had a good stay. Hide
