Our stay at Trent House was at the beginning of December. The flat was quite cold to start with and took a while to warm up. The furniture is very comfortable and the flat is well equipped. Visitors need to be aware that there are steps up into the property and another step from the utility room into the kitchen. There are also some trip hazards oRead moren the way in from the car parking space through the garden which you need to be aware of if its dark. The town is within easy reach on foot and there are plenty of interesting shops and places to eat. We recommend Mary Janes for fish and chips and Hatters tea room for coffee, tea, breakfast, brunch and lunch. There was a problem with the TV when we arrived but this was fixed the following day by the agents. Hide

We had a lovely stay at Trent House with our grandchildren, 2 one week, a weekend to ourselves then 2 the next week! The house is in a perfect location to walk through the woods, across a playing field with a play area and zip wire and up to the cliff top to get to the beach and then walk in town - about 15 mins (25 mins with children in tow). The Read moresafest way down to the beach with children is to walk towards Cromer till you get to the slope down rather than the steps. The property is very well equipped with good quality kitchen, utensils, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses to be able to use dishwasher regularly. All the furnishings are lovely quality and comfortable and the beds, linen and towels are also 1st rate. The bathroom is new and spacious, there is lots of shelf space for guests toiletries and the shower is very efficient. We can highly recommend The Gunton Arms and Rocky Bottoms as a treat to go out to eat. Hide

We had a delightful week in Trent House. It was very clean and incredibly comfortable - the bed in particular was brilliant. We slept like logs!

An excellent cottage fully equipped to high standard and comfort. We've stayed there three times now and will be back again on our next visit to Cromer Just a short walk into the town centre and close to paths up to the cliff top[ not far from the Lighthouse. Nearby public bus transport stops are very convenient

A lovely and very well equipped cottage with quality showing throughout. Nice quiet location close too the cliff walk. Very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need thought of, including a welcome pack. The cottage would be ideal for up to four people. A car would be desirable for getting about.

We had a lovely stay in Trent house. Its a short walk into the heart of Cromer either along the road or via the coastal route via the park opposite. Parking was a bonus but there was always plenty of parking on the street. The property was beautiful and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need!
