Sumptuously stylish and beautifully light, Briar Patch should be at the top of your list when it comes to deciding on your next self-catering holiday to the Suffolk coast. Thanks to a clever layout, Briar Patch is utterly perfect for a group of 8 looking to re-charge their batteries in a contemporary yet welcoming holiday home. The hub of the home is the semi-open plan living area; clever zoning defines each area making them cosy yet practical in their own right. The dining area sits in the small conservatory-style extension, flooding the room with natural light and providing wonderful views of the enclosed rear garden beyond. The lovely woodburning stove is a welcome treat come winter, whilst the outside patio is a fantastic place for al-fresco dining. With the benefit of two ground floor bedrooms, Briar Patch naturally lends itself to multi-generational parties who wish to make holiday memories together. With the benefit of off-street parking, Briar Patch is a property that truly keeps on giving.
