Stay in style on Llyn Peninsula - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Llain Iago offers a beautifully designed retreat where you can simply relax, or make the most of the inspiring surroundings. Access the Wales Coast Path nearby to discover many more golden beaches such as Porthoer (Whistling Sands) and Aberdaron (3.5 miles) - a picturesque village on the tip of the peninsula with lovely cafes, pub restaurants and much more.

One of three stunning cottages on site (all private from each other) which also makes it ideal for extended family of friends should you wish to invite them along.

Ground Floor

Large and welcoming living space with underfloor heating, consisting of a:

Lounge area - sumptuous corner sofa and chair in front of a large TV. Patio doors and windows with countryside views in both directions.

Kitchen / dining area - fully equipped, stylish kitchen and dining table with a high ceiling creating a great sense of space. Kitchen includes an island with breakfast bar, fan oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Table with seating for up to 6 guests.

Bedroom 1 - large bedroom, beautifully furnished and featuring a king sized bed and wall mounted TV. Ensuite entrance to bathroom.

Bathroom - curved bath and shower above, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Upstairs

Upstairs retreat - a flight of stairs leads from the main living space to a relaxing gallery room that overlooks the kitchen area. Another inspiring setting with sea views.

Bedroom 2 - the gallery room leads to a second spacious ensuite bedroom with a king sized bed and wall mounted TV. Countryside and sea views.

Ensuite - includes a large walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Garden

Large enclosed patio with garden furniture, countryside and sea views. BBQ set available on request.

Lovely warm,modern cottage. Well equipped and peaceful. Close to Aberdaron beach. A few improvements needed but overall a beautiful cottage.

Gorgeous cottage. Bit out of the way, which is peacefully but there are no takeaways around so be prepared to cook short on pans though so can only cook basic. Loads of room, Gorgeous setting clean and tidy.

Pros -Nice location with great views and sunsets -good bathrooms with quality towels provided -good amount of outside space -nice to have the bedrooms separate if needed Cons -really poor communication from the owners. We arrived in a middle of a heat wave with two dogs and a child, and couldnt find any keys to open the windows or the maiRead moren door to let air through. It took over a day to get a response, and even then it was to say they would try to come over. After that, nothing. -mattresses really need replacing. -sofa is old and uncomfortable -not secure for small-medium dogs if they tend to escape -some general maintenance is needed - husband had to do a few repairs whilst we were there! Blinds came apart, cupboard door falling off in the kitchen, and having to repair the stools in the kitchen. Only one of the three outside lights work. A bit of TLC is all that is needed. Hide

The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was stunning and ideal for the whole family. The views are just amazing, seeing the sea all around and watching the gorgeous sunset.We couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Will definitely book again.

A beautiful property which was perfect for our requirements. We were staying with our 25 year old son (celebrating his Birthday) so it was ideal for him to have his own space upstairs and for us to have ours downstairs. It's situated in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful (apart from the wind! Lol!).

The cottage was beautiful and the location absolutely out of this world with so many perfect beaches. The house is perfectly situated for a lovely sunset view and the remoteness leads to a truly restful holiday.
