Come and enjoy this lovely traditional cottage with a modern twist and plenty of space both inside and out. Built in 1835 Garden Cottage is the oldest house for its location but inside you will find a modernised holiday home with an impressive galley kitchen, a fabulous dining room conservatory, spacious sitting room and two garden spaces; a private courtyard to the rear and an attractively planted shingle garden to the front. With plenty of parking available, a dog welcome and within easy walking distance of Holt’s attractive Georgian town centre, the cottage makes an ideal year round stay. Shops/Pubs/Restaurants: within walking distance

Holt is a popular town on the North Norfolk map. Seek out its Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, café's, pubs and restaurants, you will not be disappointed. Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, the 100-acre Holt Country Park and is only a few miles inland from the scenic coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, enchanting coastal and inland villages, Areas of Outstanding Natural beauty, sailing, seal watching and outstanding sandy beaches.

Delightful, quirky and very comfortable cottage in a brilliant location for walking to lovely shops, country parks and the coast is only a few miles away. Perfect holiday home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Garden Cottage - it was such a cosy and comfortable cottage and the owners had thought of everything! Was very well equipped with comfy beds and sofas. Was one of the best cottages we have stayed in. We particularly loved the garden and conservatory which were the perfect spots to relax in after a day exploring. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped cottage. Perfect location - just a few minutes' walk into Holt. This was our second stay in Garden Cottage. I'm sure we will be returning.

Lovely cottage everything you need any comfy. great location short walk less than 5 minutes to shops an restaurants with little hills and spout hill at the end of the street great for short dog walk. Only enough parking for 2 saloon size cars

Lovely clean cottage in a great location. The garden is very pretty, especially in the evening with the lights on. We live in the country so we found the road rather noisy especially as we had to have the windows open as the weather was so warm. The cottage is very comfortable with everything you need. Very pretty hills to walk the dog just at the Read moreend of the road. Would definitely return. Hide

Although there was a few minor issues my family and I had a good week at the cottage and holt reccomend highly . Lovely walks on your doorstep and the locals were friendly Street food market was excellent

Such a lovely cottage! Perfect location, sweet little garden and everything we could possibly need in the house. Interesting, quirky and beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. Well definitely be back, it was fabulous.

Great location, so you can walk into Holt in 2 minutes. And excellent that you have off street parking. Good kitchen and dining conservatory and comfy lounge with 2 good size sofas.
