We stayed here for the gloriously warm 1/2 term week in May, and I would return here again without question. I highly recommend it. This property really is in a fantastic location with lovely views over the West & East Looe Rivers from the balcony. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge and you are in the main part of Looe. The location is quiet oRead moref a night and only the passing of visitors from the main carparks walking to the town / beach during the day. With on-site, gated, secure parking for 1 car and lots of additional parking (only 29.00 for a week on the Millpool carpark), just meters away. The property is comfortable and adequately furnished, though is currently in need of a bit of TLC in some areas, but this does not have an effect on your stay. Only one TV in the seating area and wardrobes / draws in the bedrooms is limited (you have either / or). The property has a lift, which is a bonus. Plenty of places to eat and drink, though early booking is recommended. Our favorite for food and location, was 'The Harbour Moon' on the same side of the harbour as the apartment, with a seating area outside overlooking the harbour itself, and for a drink, the hidden outside 'Garden Bar' at 'The Golden Guinea'. 2 CO-OP stores across the bridge for supplies. We only used the first one and at times the shelves were pretty empty. Great base for visiting Fowey, Polperro, Plymouth and the surrounding area. Hide

Harbour view was perfect . From walking in and seeing the wonderful views over Looe harbour to the spacious fresh clean rooms it had the WOW factor .

Its a good holiday apartment but why pretend that the dish washer has just broken down and you are trying to get it fixed. A cursory look at the visitors book reveals it has been broken since at least August 2025 and therefore it should not be listed as an available feature of the property. I notice that the property is up for sale which may lead tRead moreo suspecting the reason for not fixing it. However continuing to promote it as a feature of the property is misrepresenting the true situation. Hide

This apartment is lovely and bright, very comfortable and very well equipped with the added bonus of secure parking. The location is perfect for walking into Looe and has river views. We have spent a week in November there and a week in late April thoroughly enjoyed both visits it was very cosy in November and we were very lucky to have beautiful Read moreweather in April and it was lovely to have balcony door open. Harbour View is a lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the town is ideal and the view is lovely too lots of bird activity ! We would happily return to Harbour View again.

We had an amazing time here. Its the perfect location. Great views, perfect parking spot and close to everything. My little boy actually cried when we left! It really is a lovely spot and the lift is a god send after busy days out! All in all I would definitely return and would happily recommend
