Finder’s Cottage is located in the heart of this pretty village and only a short walk from village amenities including local shop, pub and popular fish and chip shop. This attractive modern cottage is beautifully presented, light and spacious with many dual aspect rooms allowing the light to flood in. The kitchen is well equipped with numerous cooking gadgets; perfect for preparing a splendid supper for families and friends to enjoy together. Rest and unwind in this well thought out space perfect for multi-generation families boasting a downstairs king size bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there is a second double bedroom with en-suite and family bathroom providing excellent facilities for the two twin bedrooms. Relax on the sumptuous sofas in the open-plan living space and throw open the French doors to the garden to enjoy summer evenings on the sun terrace with family and your four-legged friends, with two well behaved dogs welcome. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance.

Docking is a popular spot with visitors to Norfolk, centrally located within easy reach of the magnificent ‘dog-friendly’ beaches at stunning Brancaster just 5 miles away. Sailing enthusiasts may enjoy a trip to neighbouring Brancaster Staithe where dinghy’s can be launched along with the changing tide, perfect for exploring the coastline from the water. For a more sedate afternoon why not visit the renowned White Horse Pub and Restaurant and enjoy breath-taking views across the marshes from the large sun terrace. Sample fresh local produce or the ‘catch of the day’ with fresh fish often on the menu and locally sourced mussels too!  Take a short drive to the nearby village of Burnham Market and enjoy an afternoon’s shopping; with boutique shops, deli’s and fine eateries to explore followed by lunch at the renowned Hoste Arms, with fabulous Spa facilities. Why not book a relaxing treatment with friends followed by a glass of your favourite tipple sat facing the popular village green. A little further around the coast is the popular and picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea, practice your crabbing skills with the youngsters and enjoy the view followed by the best fish and chips on the quay from French’s. The whole family will enjoy a trip to the beach, take a stroll along the coastal path or hop aboard the Wells harbour railway where you are rewarded with views of colourful beach huts decorating the shoreline. Wildlife enthusiasts can visit the RSPB at Snettisham or Titchwell Marsh where Egrets and Buzzards are often seen circling the skies, all within easy reach and just a short drive from the cottage.

Wow what a find , a beautiful cottage plenty of space for three generations. Great location central to every where . The beds and showers were to die for . We shall return .

The beds were really comfortable and bed linen was as nice as what we have at home. Showers had good water pressure, therefore a pleasure to use. We spent the 3 days of Christmas here (5 adults and 2 small dogs) would love to go here again in the summer. Lovely walks nearby.

Beautiful cottage ,well equipped,comfy beds and great showers ,plenty of room. Great enclosed garden. Pretty area ,easily accessible to coast. Lots of eateries around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, family accommodation. Ample space for six adults, two young children and a dog. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped (with the exception of the missing oven gloves, tea towels and electronic scales battery), and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We've never seen so many cushions on sofas -Read more made for very cosy evenings, followed by much plumping up afterwards:) It was fantastic to be supplied with a Weber gas barbecue and this was used twice during the week - thank you, much appreciated. It's a lovely cottage, with a very conveniently secure garden (especially given that we had a dog and two youngsters with us) and there's a handy Spar just 12 minutes' walk away. Great location, wonderful holiday - thank you for the welcome bag of goodies too! Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would only make a constructive criticism that oven gloves and tea towels really should be treated as a necessity. Thanks for a great stay. Probably one of the best cottages we've stayed at in North Norfolk. Location was excellent as we were central to a lot of locaitons that we usually visit like Holkham Hall/beach, Burnham and of course Wells and Brancaster. The bedrooms we a good size and on arrival the propoerty was cleaned to a very high standard.

The property is great in every respect including a lovely enclosed garden with plenty of outside seating. Personally I think the location is also perfect for those who want to explore North Norfolk as everywhere within easy reach.

The Cottage is lovely and would highly recommend. The area was perfect for our stay with most places around 10 to 15 minutes away so perfect for a stay in North Norfolk. We all definitely would stay there again.
