With generous room sizes, big comfy beds, great facilities and a wonderful enclosed outdoor seating area, it is the perfect base for your holiday in Cornwall.

GROUND FLOOR

Lounge: Smart TV, DVD player, period feature fireplace, bookcase, assortment of board games, 2 sofas, arm chair, nest of tables.
Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Room/Snug: Spacious open plan living space incorporating snug area with Smart TV, DVD, corner sofa, light and airy dining area following kitchen extension with feature glass table with dining chairs and double French doors to rear patio, NEFF gas hob and oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave and washer/dryer.
Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c. heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR
Bathroom: Bath with handheld shower, separate electric shower, basin. w.c. heated towel rail, shaver point
Bedroom 2: Super kingsize bed (6' – may be unlinked to form 3' twins – please request at time of booking), bedside unit, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 5:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas central heating, heated towel rails.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair  available. Please bring your own cot bedding.

This is a lovely holiday home, renovated to a really high standard with all the amenities you need. Perfect location to enjoy Padstow and the surrounding areas. Lovely welcome pack too! We had a wonderful holiday. Throughly recommended.

This is a beautiful property, well appointed and in close proximity to Padstow town centre. The only downside is that there is no parking but we always managed to find free on street parking for two cars, not too far away.

We had a fabulous Christmas break at Kittiwake. The property was superb in location and inside was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The layout of the house suited us and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful time at Kittiwake. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully fitted out and with a wonderful enclosed outdoor area. We were a family group of seven and found that the house perfectly suited our needs and was a pleasure to stay in. Would definitely come back to Kittiwake when we get the chance again.

Outdoor space could have been cleaner & cling film was missing but otherwise the house was beautiful and well located. Beds a little hard for us. We would stay again as these are minor and overall we loved it

This was the perfect property for us and our mothers. We could go off walking and our mothers could potter around the harbour. Fantastic restaurants and pubs in Padstow. Kittiwake was in a great location, modern and well kept.
