The cottage is very nice, with all modern amenities you'd expect. As advertised the stairs to the second floor are not for everyone, but we managed just fine. Could do we some draft proofing when it's the winter months. Loading and unloading was not easy with the dedicated car park being closed currently (FEB2026), you're either carrying everythingRead more from the top car parks or risking parking on double yellows and blocking the road at the bottom. This is a lovely cottage, great location in the bay. The shower is a bit of a let down as it is just lukewarm water.

Just spent a fabulous week in RHB, staying in beautiful Fenay Cottage. Perfect location in the middle of the Lower Bay, so ideal for Fisherhead Car Park and loading / unloading car ( permit is wonderful) All cafes, pubs and stores are nearby whether walking up or down the steep hills. We recommend The Cove, The Brambles and The Fish Box plus The GRead morerosvenor (Loxleys) Hide

Nice property but be aware there is only 1 bathroom catering for up to 6 people and no washing machine which could be a challenge if you intend to stay for longer than a week. Location was excellent, right in the middle of the village. I have ticked yes with regards to recommending the property based on the location, but suspect there will be similRead morear properties at more favourable rates throughout the village. Hide

We spent a very happy week in Fenay Cottage. We loved the location in the heart of the village, and having a nearby parking place was a big plus. The house is very well equipped including the kitchen, which for someone like me, who likes to cook when on holiday, was great. Our granddaughter loved the shower!
