Holt is a popular market town with Georgian charm and character, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques, food shops offering the best of local produce, cafes, pubs and restaurants, you will not be disappointed. Holt is also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway and the 100-acre Holt Country Park. Just a short drive to the stunning North Norfolk coast, where you can discover bird watching, nature reserves, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sailing, seal watching and vast sandy beaches. The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just five miles away with the sandy beach at Sheringham just six miles to the East.

This property is in an excellent location, in a quiet cul-de-sac but within a short and easy walking distance of the town centre. One of the features which helped us choose this was that the staircase was NOT of the steep kind usually found in this area but of a safer build. Lovely cottage close to the centre of the beautiful Georgian town of Holt. Excellent facilities and a real homely feel. The conservatory was great for relaxing in the late afternoon and the log fire warmed us up in the evening

A charming home, warmly decorated to provide a sense of comfort. The sun room was a significant factor and was used most of the time when home. The location was excellent for taking a stroll to the centre of Holt.

Perfect location in the heart of Holt. A variety of wildlife to watch. We saw deer. Squirrels. Pheasants a numerous birds in the garden during our stay.

Lovely, warm and comfortable property. We especially appreciated the conservatory as a lovely space to sit and relax and watch the wildlife in the beautiful wooded garden. Excellent location within easy walking distance of Holt, making it a real treat to go out for dinner and not having to worry about a designated driver! Also a short drive to the Read morecoast, NT properties etc. Would definitely return here! Hide

One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. Location in Holt is excellent and the accommodation was ideal for the stay and travelling around North Norfolk. The owners were very helpful and we will definitely be returning soon.

Woodview is a comfortable cottage located in a quiet residential close within easy walking distance of Holt centre. We really liked the conservatory looking out at the private back garden backing onto woodland. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped.

The pictures on the website do it justice. It had a lovely calm feel about it and was lovely and warm in all rooms. The quality of the bedding and towels supplied was very good. The kitchen had a good range of equipment available. Overall we were extremely happy with our choice and would stay again.

The cottage is warm, the crockery, utensils and bedding are very clean. The conservatory is comfortable and pleasant. We found the bed was very comfortable. Sadly however, the lounge settees are most uncomfortable.
