Creative use of colour and design makes Pobble’s Place feel snug and welcoming whilst also creating a contemporary and stylish ambience to the apartment. Based on the ground floor, with all the accommodation on one level, it is perfectly placed for the public parking opposite and a reasonably level walk into the town centre to make the most of the local amenities. Couples will choose this as a romantic retreat and it is also perfect for a small family or those with an accompanying friend or relative.

The estuary town of Fowey has become known as a popular tourist destination but is also well-worth a visit during those quieter periods when you can meander freely through the quaint streets, browsing the galleries and stylish shops. A good choice of local eateries selling freshly-caught fish and using other locally-sourced ingredients will ensure you can dine out when you wish. Lunch bought from one of the local bakeries is best enjoyed sitting by the river watching the comings and goings of the marine craft. Coastal walks, fishing, water-based activities and lots of local attractions in the area will ensure you are never short of something to do to make the most of your holiday.

Just got back from a relaxing long weekend at Pobbles Place. The apartment is really well equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, 5 minute walk into Fowey itself and good for exploring the surrounding area. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend and will be looking to come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk in to town with lovely places for food and drink or just sit and watch the boats. We bought a weekly ticket for the car park opposite and were lucky enough to find a parking spaces every time.

Great little base to explore Fowey and the surrounding area. Wonderful independent shops just a short 10 minutes walk away from the property. We ate some fantastic food from the local artisan eateries as well as delicious cornish ice cream and some excellent pasties. You must try the waffles from Game of Cones next door and catch the ferry to MevagRead moreissey where we saw dolphins and porpoises out at sea. Highlight of our week!! Hide

It's a short walk into town - a casual 10 mins - so wouldn't be suitable for everyone, but just right for us. Excellent parking in Caffa Mill just opposite. A quiet location with an excellent ice cream shop & a new Italian caf nearby.
