Ideally located in central Saundersfoot, perfect for a family beach holiday and your own private car parking space. This lovely seaside village provides a great destination all year round. Sit on your very own patio and watch the world go by. Take a short stroll along The Strand into the village centre and sample the great selection of cafes, restaurants & shops or sit and watch the comings and goings of the working harbour.

 

ACCOMMODATION IS ALL ON GROUND FLOOR 

 

Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Electric oven/hob, fridge with icebox, microwave, table and chairs. Comfy sofa and chairs. TV with Freeview, DVD player, patio doors leading out to the beach front, patio with furniture.

Bathroom: Shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. 

Bedroom 1: Double 

Bedroom 2: Single bed.

Pets: No pets allowed. 

ParkingAllocated parking for 1 car only 

Heating: Under floor heating and electricity included.

Notes: Wi Fi access. Bed Linen and towels provided. Patio area but regret no use of the lawn area. Non Smoking property. - Property sleeps 3 guests MAX.

Great location with brilliant views. Walking distance to the town with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Good for people who may have mobility issues as all on one level and step free with a convenient car parking space right outside.

Well situated apartment with wonderful views across the bay. The chairs in the window area were so comfy we could sit there for hours !! My daughter has walking problems and it was the perfect spot with car parking right outside the door and flat terrain. Plenty to do in Saundersfoot with the lovely beach , plenty of good Pubs, coffee bars and shRead moreops. Only drawback was the second bedroom is very small but we found it fine. Hide

Excellent location and position on ground floor. for loading and unloading. Easy access to amenities along beach or flat road. Lower price at end of season permits us to enjoy a week at Saundersfoot.
