Beach House is stunning, spacious and just a few minutes’ walk from the village of Woolacombe with its award-winning beach and numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The detached three bedroomed house was completely refurbished to a high standard in 2016 and the owners have thought of some little extra touches that make all the difference in a holiday home such as providing a games room, outside shower, two living rooms, plenty of parking, a barbecue and a balcony with reclining chairs. Beach House sits in large grounds which are fully enclosed with high wooden fencing and enjoys sea views in the distance. Inside, the property has plenty of space for a group of six people to read or relax, yet is also laid out in a sociable way. The two living rooms provide great flexibility – one has French doors opening out onto the patio and garden, whilst the other has a woodburner for chillier evenings. The kitchen/diner is perfect to get everyone together to plan out the day ahead or reminisce about the day just gone. And if your group is a little competitive, how about heading out to the games room for a game of darts, table tennis, air hockey or pool? Upstairs, all three bedrooms have en-suite facilities and televisions. The third bedroom also benefits from its own balcony with reclining chairs and if all the en-suite bathrooms are taken, there is a choice of the family bathroom upstairs and the wet room downstairs. The Beach House has it all!

Perfect size, layout and location. Games room a particular bonus. The view was better than expected and a bonus to have no leaves on the trees so we could see a lot of the sea from the comfort of our sofa! Kitchen extremely well equipped with a huge fridge so cooked most nights. Lovely to have a Christmas Tree there too - a nice touch. So many waRead morelks on our doorstep too! Hide

Outstanding property with fantastic views.We had everything we needed , lots of space for our 2 teenage boys too.The games room was an added bonus , particularly as the weather was poor the week we were there.We had a really happy holiday and were very content in the house,thankyou.We're thinking of returning next year too!

Great location, although the drive is steeper than the photograph would lead you to believe. Comfortable accommodation and well furnished. A short walk to great 'eateries' is a bonus if you want to stay local.

We were very impressed with the house. The accommodation was perfect for our long weekend away with five adults. The house is finished to a high standard with plenty of space. We particularly liked the sun room and because the trees had not yet come out we had an uninterrupted view across to the sea. In the summer the roof terrace would be a niRead morece place to sit. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The house was very conveniently situated for Woolacombe and the beach. We ate at The Tides Inn a few hundred yards down the road where the staff were friendly and the food was very good. Hide

This is a superb property that is comfortable and very well-equipped. The views are spectacular and would definitely stay again. It was worth every penny.

The Beach House is a beautiful family property in a fantastic location. There is ample accommodation for 6 people with great facilities and we would definitely return.

Beach House is well located, only a short walk down to Woolacombe and the beach. The property is furnished and kitted out to a high specification, the beds in particular are comfortable. Only missing a soft broom and oven gloves. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Dishwasher- the Filter and spray arms were filthy and needed cleaning. Had to do the first initial was 3 times, what was in there still wasnt clean, so for the reat of the holiday we washed everything by hand- it needs a deep clean The remote control in the second bedroom didnt work- couldnt change batteries as a screw has been added onto the backRead more of the device. Glass board in the kitchen is missing a foot on the back, so rocks when trying to use it Only other cutting board was a wooden board, more boards would be useful i.e for meat The recycle bins are very small so get full quickly but then only provided with 3 more bin bag, not enough for a family of 6 to use in a week. BBQ grill was very dirty- we brought a new BBQ so that we could enjoy the garden in the sun. Parosol didnt fit into the base weight so had to be balance on the patio at an angle (not very secure in the wind) also it doesnt lock into place so the parasol falls down freqently. Only 1 roll per toilet provided Welcome pack- very basic and not what you would expect from a 'luxury' house Light outside gamesroom worked intermittently- flickers on and off and not very safe with 5 steps to get to it. The drawers ans inside rim of the Washing Machine is mouldy- needs a deep clean. Hide
