This fabulous 3 storey, grade II listed property in the heart of Padstow town will be sure to excite all its guests and will provide an amazing base for your Cornish holiday. The lounge boasts a wonderful open fireplace for cosy nights in and the long dining table is perfect for those special family meals. St Piran's features a beautiful and functional patio garden to enjoy entertaining and dining al fresco. Step out of your front door and find yourself a few steps away from the various galleries, shops and wonderful cafes and restaurants that Padstow has to offer. Within 200 yards you will find the harbour front where you can stroll along to catch the ferry over to Rock and enjoy the long sandy beach whilst eating your ice creams, or walk up to the monument and take a picnic.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Induction hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Bluetooth speakers, dining table with chairs and bench, patio door leading out to garden and utility room.

This is a delightful cottage in the most fab location in Padstow, incredibly quiet and also less than a minute's walk to the centre of town. We loved the kitchen/diner, masses of space; the doors opening on to the terrace; the excellent equipment in the kitchen; the very comfy bedrooms with super linen and towels. Truly could not fault anything in Read morethe cottage and it seemed a much loved and cherished place. Hide

Clean, comfy cottage. good space for two families or large adult gathering. Great location, just 2 minute walk to the harbour. Super fluffy towels and nice cotton bedding.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at St Piran's. The location was perfect for us being so close to where everything is happening in Padstow. Cleanliness was good and we had everything we needed. It was a very relaxing and fairly modern property to stay in with minimal noise outside considering how close to the heart of Padstow it is plus we stayRead moreed here at peak time. I would recommend St Piran's to my friends and family for sure. As mentioned in the need-to-know section, there are several internal and external steps within and outside of the property. I think it will help guests (especially families) to know that as well as the two kitchen/dining stairs, stairs to the other 2 floors and to the outdoor terraces, there is also a very small step down into the lounge (easy to forget it is there), quite a step up into both showers and a complicated stair layout as they curve up to the first floor and across to the bathroom (a potential hazard when visiting the bathroom during the night). Had we known this, we may not have booked this accommodation as we stayed here with quite a frail family member. We knew when booking that he'd be able to manage the stairs to the first floor bedroom and up to the outdoor terrace with our help, however, we had to keep an eye on him pretty much all the time as he moved from room to room. If you are tall, which 3 of our guests were including my partner's father, the low doorways are also a potential hazard. I'm not sure where the enclosed lawned garden was that is mentioned in the description. We didn't miss it though as the weather wasn't the best for our stay. Perhaps a photo of it might help? We parked in a car park about a 10 minute walk away from the accommodation which worked well for us and we were able to park temporarily outside the house to load the car and pick up the family to go out for the day. We would stay here again for sure as it is a lovely accommodation and a fab location, however, we regret we won't be able to stay again with a frail family member. Hide

A wonderful stay in a well-equipped, quirky and cosy cottage. Fabulous location- we are already planning our return!
