We have just spent a fantastic week as a large family group at the house and cant rate its location and garden highly enough. The views are spectacular and our grandchildren made full use of the garden space.

Great location, gardens and views. Very spacious inside but does need some repairs, improvements and upgrades where required. Nothing to spoil a holiday but enough to bring to the owners' attantion.

This cottage is in a really good location within easy walking distance of the beach and Abersoch. It has fabulous views, a large rear garden and plenty of parking. A few updates in the kitchen and it would be a five star property.

Had a wonderful weekend at 1 Coed y Lyn last weekend with a group of 7 girls. The house could not be better placed being a 5 minute walk in to the village and 10 minutes to the beach. The garden views are spectacular and the house is a lovely space. We enjoyed having 4 bathrooms very much. Breakfast was enjoyed on the patio in the sunshine and Read morewe ate in a couple of night. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery. We had one or two small Issues which we notified the agent of but all in all it was a very successful trip enhanced of course by spectacular weather. Hide
