11 Tibby's Way provides self-catering accommodation over two floors and is located in the award winning Tibby's Triangle development in the heart of Southwold on the Suffolk Coast. Being on the doorstep of the famous Southwold High Street and only a very short stroll from the beach and the pier this is the perfect spot for Southwold newbies or the more regular visitors. 

On entering the property you will find the two bedrooms on the first floor. Both spacious and beautifully furnished with large built-in wardrobes providing plenty of space for your belongings. The master bedroom boasts ensuite facilities. Also on this floor is a large family bathroom. 

Heading up to the second floor you will be blown away by the views in this room! This open plan sitting/dining/kitchen is spacious, light, bright and airy. Furnished to a very high standard and well equipped with all you will need and more to make the most of your self-catering experience. The floor to ceiling windows in this room gives the most breathtaking views over the famous Tibby's Green and beyond. Off the kitchen, you will find a balcony area with seating ideal for some alfresco dining whilst enjoying the views over the Church and Lighthouse. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocer with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is less than 500m away!

Excellent property, extremely clean and well equipped. Fantastic location, once we arrived and parked the car we didnt need to use the car again. The location is just a short walk to all the shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and the sea front. We will definitely return in the future.

The apartment was even better than the pictures on the website suggest. It was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was very convenient for town and the parking space was ideal being so close to the property. It was very quiet inside and we enjoyed being opposite the park and being able to play table tennis most days. Less ablRead moree people might struggle with the number of steps up to the apartment and then the steps inside the apartment as they are steep and wooden so you need to take care not to slip. It is the nicest place we have stayed in Southwold and would return again assuming the price is affordable. Hide

A modern bright spacious apartment very well equipped and in excellent location for the town . However older guests should be aware that care is needed when using the stairs leading to the lounge.

Central location and comfortable. However, this property desperately needs at least two fans, one for each bedroom. In warm/hot weather the apartment becomes stiflingly hot which is an issue especially at night. When we stayed the bedroom floor was sandy and the mugs needed bleaching.
