A wonderful cosy cottage in the heart of Cromer. Perfect location to explore walks along the beach, pick of the bakeries and coffee shops. We stayed in February and it was cold but we were kept cosy with the wood burner alight! Would highly recommend this little gem.

A great cottage with some lovely touches, very comfy beds and had all the facilities to have a great holiday. Excellent location, very close to town centre but nice and quiet with it.

Great comfortable property, well-furnished and equipped and ideal for Cromer High Street and seaside. Location perfect for trips out to other areas. Our 12-year-old granddaughter was in raptures over the bathroom's size and quality of its fittings. The x-box in the children's bedroom was an unexpected plus (but a bit of a curse as well - grandson wRead moreas reluctant to leave it at times). Parking in the courtyard accessed via an archway from the street. A bit awkward to reverse in order to exit but doable with care. Reversing out only recommended if someone stands in the street to guide the driver (view blocked by parked cars along the street), We would certainly consider booking in the future. Hide

From the moment you step into this cottage you immediately feel at home. The styling and decor is beautiful, like traditional seaside cottage with a contemporary edge. The kitchen has everything you need should you want to cook an evening meal, or prepare a picnic for the beach. Theres even a portable BBQ and picnic crockery you can use. We enjoRead moreyed breakfast round the table each morning before heading off on our adventures, then returning in the evening sipping wine snuggled up on the comfy sofas or sat outside on the small courtyard . The kids enjoyed the board games and books, and also the Xbox in the twin bedroom. The beds are really comfortable and the linen is of a good quality. There are also tvs in all the bedrooms. The location is just perfect. Just a five minute walk into town where there are many independent shops as well as a large Morrisons. The beach is about a ten minute walk away. We regularly loaded up our trolly with wet suits and body boards, walked down and spent the whole day there. A couple of evenings we sat on the beach sipping wine and watched the sunset, it really was just perfect. We visited many attractions including Pleasurewood Hills - ignore the bad reviews, our kids loved it, Shire horse sanctuary, Amazonia, The Reef swimming pool, Sheringham, RNLI visitors centre, Cromer church, The end of the pier show and Pensthorpe nature reserve to name a few, and we would thoroughly recommend all of them! There is so much to do! Would we return to Carpenters Cottage? Absolutely, in a heartbeat! Hide

We enjoyed our stay in Cromer. Carpenters Cottage is very well located for quick access to all amenities and the seafront. Its tastefully decorated and furnished. Only a small outside space, but a nice little sun trap in the afternoons. Lovely gift basket on arrival.

Very comfortable and spacious property in a great location for anyone who wants to be near Cromers shops, beaches and other amenities. If you are staying at the property with more than one car the second one needs to be parked on the street. More often than not you could find a space nearby but if not there was a public car park around five minutesRead more walk away with free overnight parking. The property was well equipped but there was a complete lack of spare toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc. which for a property at this price you would expect. Also, we would also have expected a small welcome pack with basic grocery items to get you started as arrival time is after 4.00pm. Overall we had a great holiday and would stay in the property again. Hide
