Mulberry is a beautifully presented three storey property located just a mile from the magnificent sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea in the popular Mainsail yard development. The property offers spacious accommodation with a large sitting room with Juliette balcony allowing sunlight to flood in. Mulberry is a family friendly property and you can even bring your four legged friend along too. Due to the layout no puppies please, but well behaved dogs over 1 year old are very welcome. For some fun entertainment there is a football table in the generous entrance hall, so you can challenge your friends and family to a game! Open up the French doors and relax on the decked veranda with views across Holkham Nature Reserve and enjoy al-fresco dining or breakfast in the summer. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance.

Mulberry is within easy walking distance of the picturesque harbour and fishing port of Wells-next-the-Sea. A perfect destination for families and friends of all ages where there is something for everyone to discover. Wander the pretty lanes and discover an array of shops, pubs and family friendly restaurants, which boasts one of the best Fish & Chip shops on the coast. Take a walk along the quayside to the family and dog friendly beach where you will find the colourful beach huts against a backdrop of woodland. For a more adventurous walk with your four legged friend continue along and explore the vast soft sands of Holkham beach, a sight not to be missed. Take a trip to nearby Holkham Hall where the little ones can enjoy the views from the treetops within the adventure playground or why not hire bikes with paths to discover around the lake whilst the statuesque red deer herd look on.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was warm , spacious and well heated. The showers were good and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, long walks on the coast and attending the Christmas Tide Festival.

Nicely situated town house close to the main centre of Wells and the quay. We were there in September and Mainsail Yard was very quiet and pleasant. Comfortable beds and bedding, well equipped kitchen plenty of oven trays and saucepans.

A brilliant location enabling a short walk into Wells centre and then the coastal route to the beach. The property is comfortable and the outside access is a little oasis in good weather. Everything you need for a great holiday.

The location of the property is excellent, in a quiet area and only a five minute walk from town. It's great to have on-site parking for two cars. However access was twice impossible for one of our cars because a large neighbouring parked car made it impossible to turn into the drive. However on road parking was available close by. The house is welRead morel equipped and spotlessly clean. The balcony gives a lovely view towards the pine woods, and although the weather wasn't conducive to sitting outside, it would be ideal in warmer weather. Hide

A lovely, bright house that feels very fresh and new. The location is great - easy walking distance to the town centre and beach - and the off-street parking was very handy. Little details, like ample storage space and powerful showers were also appreciated!

Mulberry is in a fabulous location and is furnished to a high standard - a real home from home next the sea - very easy to relax in while enjoying the stunning Norfolk coats

Mulberry is located conveniently on a quiet street at the edge of Wells, only 5 minutes walk from the quay. Whilst the kitchen equipment let-down the property a bit, the rest was well furnished and very comfortable. Table football was a great touch that kept us entertained.
