Kitchen - Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker as well as an electric oven. Overlooking the patio area.

Dining Room - Large oak dining table and oak dresser with a wall mounted TV. This is a comfortable and sociable space.

Living Room - Spacious living room with a lovely oak floor and 2 separate seating areas. Wood burning stove, TV and DVD player and beautiful views of open countryside.

Bedroom - A warm and comfortable ground floor double bedroom with solid oak furniture and spacious en-suite wet room with under floor heating.

Outside Utility with Wet Room - Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Wet room with WC, shower and basin. Perfect drying area for wet and muddy clothes and shoes or for bike storage.

Upstairs

King size bedroom - Comfortable king-size bedroom with solid oak furniture and far reaching sea views of Porth Neigwl beach.

Twin bedroom - Spacious and light twin bedroom with two single beds with magnificent views of the open countryside, all the way to the sea.

We had a wonderful family stay at the cottage. We loved using the games room and the hot tub and spending time together. It was such a warm, welcoming place to stay and the hosts were so friendly and attentive. Location was great for scenic walks and just an idyllic getaway.

lovely rural location, great for what we needed, 2 families meeting up and having total R&R. lots of good walks around the area, suggestions provided by the owners. great busy pub with good food approx 4.5 mile away. lovely touch to have the games room for the teenagers/adults to use.

We had a great stay in this lovely cottage. 6 adults and 2 children, one baby. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the games room, lots of pool and table tennis competitions. The hot tub was very welcome each evening after being out all day. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful week. Highly recommended. Had a fantastic stay. Took the whole family including grandson's, every need was catered for, they LOVED the games room. we loved the hot tub! Thank you for the welcome basket, delicious. A peaceful get away in a beautiful home surrounded by a gorgeous landscape.

Stunning location, stunning cottage. Very helpful owners. Loved that the hotub was maintained every few days, never see this elsewhere. Owners very proud and knowledgeable about local area. Also very helpful. The games room is a fantastic addition, happy children equals happy adults.

Beautiful spacious cottage set in lovely countryside. Very cosy & comfortable. Hot tub was fabulous!
