Located in the heart of Downalong, this modern two bedroom apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring the creative harbour town of St Ives. The open plan living leads on to a private patio with table and chairs. With one double bed and one twin room, the property is ideal for couples or families and benefits from being pet friendly.

The cobbled streets of Downalong link the harbour front to the popular surfing beach at Porthmeor and are dotted with local art galleries, for which St Ives is famous for. The bustling harbour front has plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs to keep you entertained during your stay.

Five steps lead to front entrance with a further 12 steps down to the hallway or you can access through the blue double doors of Ponckles Place on Back Road East, walk along to the end of the passageway (two steps) through green gate to courtyard area and enter the property by patio (double) doors.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Rear enclosed courtyard with patio table and chairs. Private parking provided an allocated reserved space at St Ives RFC.

A great location and very useful outdoor space. Unfortunately we would not re book due to the awful quality of the beds and sofa. Such a shame as everything else was lovely.

We were very happy with the accommodation. Very clean and freshly decorated. There was everything we needed. Our only criticism is we couldn't work the heating but that maybe because it was too modern for us old people. Would stay here again without a doubt

Nice cottage well equipped, proper fridge/ freezer, new kitchen, plenty of plates cups and cutlery, for a 4 person let...this enabled us to have meals with my sons young family of 5 in reasonable comfort

Overall the cottage inside is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Its the outside patio area that lets it down.
