Jobs Cottage is a wonderful Cornish country cottage which exudes the "Hygge" feel with its warm and cosy Danish styling. Tastefully decorated throughout, this surprisingly spacious cottage is well equipped and beautifully furnished making it a lovely home from home from which to base your Cornish holiday.  

Surrounded by countryside and set in the pretty little hamlet of Trew, Jobs Cottage is just a 5 minute drive from the historic fishing village Porthleven with it's eclectic array of fabulous restaurants and galleries, and just a 10 minute drive to Praa Sands with its beautiful long sandy beach.

GROUND FLOOR:
Living Room: Smart TV, comfy sofas, large inglenook with wood burning stove, porch access to gardens.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Well-equipped with gloss kitchen units, Rangemaster range cooker with electric fan double oven, under counter fridge, separate freezer, breakfast table.
Dining Room: Dining table, chairs, wood burning stove.
Utility: Plenty of space for storing your outdoor gear and muddy wellies with sink and washing machine.
Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), wardrobe, drawers, full length mirror, bedside cabinets, views overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3' - zip and link, can be made into Super Kingsize bed on request), wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
Bathroom: Large walk-in shower with rainfall shower, free-standing bath, basin, w.c.

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Large enclosed south facing garden laid to lawn, paved terrace with patio furniture, angled parasol and BBQ, gravel driveway with parking for two cars and cute folly style playhouse.

Pets Welcome: Up to two dogs welcome. £25 per week per pet
Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent. Oil-fired central heating with radiators.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 1 ml. Pub: 1 ml.

We had such a wonderful stay in the cottage. It was very comfortable and in a great location. Lovely quiet area but also within easy reach of Porthleven, Praa Sands and many other lovely places. We loved our stay at Jobs Cottage. The cottage is comfortable and homely and decorated to a high standard. Loved looking at the view down the lane when cooking breakfast. This is a comfortable house. Its decoration leads to a calm feeling. The bathroom is the highlight of the property. The bath and rain head shower were a real treat. This is my second stay at jobs cottage (first time for my lifelong friend) We had a lovely stay and hope to come again. Cottage lovely and cosy and beds really comfy. Week wasnt long enough!

Fantastic cottage with everything we needed, including a large garden for the dog. Great location, in a quiet hamlet which was close enough to get to the shops and great for visiting lots of places.
