This well equipped, comfortable ground floor apartment is in a quiet area of St Ives yet within easy reach of the beach, town, harbour and coastal walks. Through the patio doors you step into large private communal garden with shrubs and palm trees from where you can see the sea.

Entrance hallway leading to: Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Shower room with cubicle, wc and wash basin. Open plan, 22ft Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area with Electric oven and hob with hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Coal effect electric fire in lounge area, 32" Smart TV, WiFi, patio doors leading to communal garden.

Power and Heat: Coal effect fire.  Electricity included in rent
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired

A lovely and comfortable apartment. Fully equipped with everything you would ever need while on holiday. Good equality furnishings. A small issue occurred and we contacted the owner and problem was solved immediately. No delay whatsoever.

Lovely little flat in ideal location, really close to the town centre and a beautiful coastal walk really close by. Flat was clean and comfortable, all appliances labelled well making it easy to operate them :)

Very pleasant ground floor flat with all facilities, including a decent sized shower, for my stay. The walking distance to & from the coast was short but in the evening I preferred to return by taxi (4 to 6) because of my emphysema. The Wi-Fi was good and BBC iPlayer, ITVX etc. were available on the modern TV.

Nice little place for a getaway, lovely and quiet, very spacious little apartment so far it's the best place I've been in Cornwall.. I will definitely come back to Seacroft.

I have stayed here a few times and it feels like home. So well equipped. Cosy and inviting. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice sized fridge/freezer. The garage is one of the slightly easier ones to get in and out of!

Loved staying just needs a few things sorting especially the smell, which we did air property when we was in . And a non slip mat for shower . Not much of a sea veiw as bushes thick and high but location great.the use of a garage a bonus could walk down to beach and Harbour. people around were really friendly .was so nice and peaceful.
