Set over the second and third floor of the popular beachfront apartment block St Nicholas Court, this open plan apartment boasts 2 balconies ensuring sensational views from sunrise to sunset.

The open plan kitchen/living/dining area has access to one of the 2 private balconies and views across the bay. The kitchen area is complete with an electric oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The living area has a small sofa bed, TV, DVD player and hifi. Off the living area is the bathroom with shower over bath and a heated towel rail. An open tread staircase (may not suitable for young children) leads into the bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, TV, wash basin and en-suite WC. The bedroom also benefits from patio doors giving access to the second balcony overlooking the pretty central courtyard complete with table and chairs. Laundry room on site.

Pets Welcome: 1 dog welcome charged at £25 per week.
Outside and Parking: Two balconies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 41 (approx. 15ft L x 6ft 6in W).
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. There is a laundry room available on site. (additional charge for guests). WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 41 (approx. 15ft L x 6ft 6in W). Arrival time at St Nicholas Court is before 10pm as the communal gates to access the key safe are locked at this time.

What a gem 41 St Nicholas Court is. We have stayed in different apartments at St Nicholas and this was by far the best one. As you walked in you had a feeling of spaciousness and light. Upstairs was the same, and with another balcony which turned out to be a real little sun trap. The property was very well equipped and we really appreciated the addRead moreed extras- coffee, tea, sugar, washing up liquid, milk, enough toilet rolls! And beautifully laundered bed linen and white fluffy towels. It really was very lovely and we will absolutely definitely be choosing this gorgeous apartment to stay in again. Perched on the edge of Porthmeor beach and two minutes from Porthgwidden beach, and five minutes walk to the harbour- fantastic! And a parking lot too! Simply perfect. Thank you for the best week. Basic ,needs some TLC Needs decorating. Balcony needs cleaning. Parking space minute. Difficulty getting in and out of doors.Needs photographs and dimensions. Not a proper space. Needs outline of staircases to get to accomadation. Overlooks carpark

Great location with parking a bonus, but the property is dated and in need of a refurbishment and more attention needed to cleanliness of windows and patio areas. Comfortable beds, but generally disappointing on the whole.

Good location and great for parking. Comfortable for a couple. Two flights of stairs up so not suitable for less mobile people. I do feel it could do with a renovation, as its slightly dated.

We had stayed in St Nicholas Court before in another apartment, so already knew about the great location, handy onsite parking and stunning views. This apartment was fantastic - clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and more. There is a fridge and a decent sized freezer, so lots of food storage. We cooked sRead moreeveral meals during our stay and the appliances were easy to use. The bathroom has a powerful shower and good sized bath and there is also a toilet and sink in the bedroom upstairs. There are two balconies as well, giving you access to fresh air and different views - one of the courtyard and hills over St Ives, the other of the chapel, ocean and lighthouse beyond the car park. Definitely a great base to explore St Ives and further afield. Hide

Location is the key for this apartment as well as parking. Facilities do the job and its good to see they take notice of feedback as when we got there they had supplied soap and a few dishwasher tabs to get you started and sponges. Decoration is dated but we didnt spend much time there to be bothered by it as we were out and only really slept thRead moreere. Do not expect your 4x4 or large car to work in any of the parking areas. If you end up next to another big car youre stuck! We were lucky as we had our average car and another the same next to us but it was funny to see other people struggle with their big cars and roof boxes getting knocked off! Laundry room is a good bonus. Shower area / rinse off your feet area to remove sand is great too! Stairs not much hassle and building pretty sound proof as never heard neighbours or anything. A lovely apartment in a fantastic position, so good to have secure parking, didnt use the car all week! Hope to visit St Ives again and would want to stay in the same apartment really loved it. Caught the bus into Penzance and onward to visit St Michaels Mount, a really good day out.

Disappointing that there was no "welcome pack" or basics like salt, but not the end of the world. The only observation is that carrying all our stuff up two flights, one of which was a spiral staircase, was no fun. It was made clear in the description, but until you experience it.........

Excellent location and useful to have parking. Apartment was generally well equipped, but it would have been nice to be supplied with washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets, more toilet rolls and tea/coffee for a drink on arrival.

Lovely accommodation ideally located next to Porthmeor beach. The option to bring our dog was perfect for us and the parking space is invaluable in St Ives.

Great location, good view (sea view over Island car park) however needs renovation due to age, T.V. Needs replacing along with remote which I had to clean thoroughly.

Great property if you dont mind 2 flights of stairs and a tight parking space. Ideally located for beaches, restaurants etc with a steep hill to climb. Second time of visiting and will definitely return

Lovely location, great open space and lovely views with the two balconies. Well provided for in the kitchen and cleaning of internal areas good however, it need renovation to interior paint and exterior balconies. Very dirty balconies and internal very dated. The location of the property is perfect for all the beaches in St.Ives and all the main shops and amenities, is well appointed with comfortable living room recliners and great picture windows overlooking car park and the Island. The property has a good car parking facility (although quite small) with an allocated space provided. The bedroom is lighRead moret and airy and kitchen has all necessary for eating in if needed.
