Really great cottage in good location, easy to unload the car and then park up the road at the Rugby club for 6 day. Being on 4 levels there are alot of stairs so maybe not suitable for less able guests. Certainly one of the best properties we've stayed at in St. Ives (and there has been many), will definitely try and book it again.

Good value for money. This cottage is in a good location to access the centre of St Ives - turning right out of the house a steep walk up the hill to one of the beaches (15mins) or turn left out of the house for a more flatter gentler walk down the road to the centre of St Ives and the harbour (10min walk) Although no parking available outside, theRead more street is quiet and it was easy to pull up outside the property to unload the luggage from our car. The cottage was clean albeit a bit dated, but everything was functional. No view as such from the living room window other than the street, but that didnt bother us as we used the cottage as a bolt hole to return to after a day out in St Ives and the local area. We would stay here again as it was comfortable enough. Hide

We loved our stay at this cottage, it was spacious, in a very quiet location and had everything we needed. We would recommend this to anyone, couples and family. The living room doesnt get much sunlight so can be a bit chilly at times but the heating came on very quickly. Also, some of the kitchen utensils were a bit dirty but other than that iRead moret was a great stay and we would stay here again. Hide

Great location, lots of space. Didnt feel as light and modern at the photos made it look and could do with a lick of paint and an upgrade. Whole experience of visiting St Ives definitely let down by the greedy booking agents who I wont be using again.

We had a lovely stay at 26 Wesley Place. It was a perfect location, lovely accommodation and plenty of facilities. The shower was great!!!! We like to cook and were impressed with the facilities available to us. It may be a good idea to advise customers that a weekly parking ticket is available at local car parks and you cannot park outside. ItRead more was fine for us but I would imagine it a little tricky getting spaces in the height of the season. We had a wonderful time and love St. Ives - my favourite place in the world!!!! Hide

The cottage is in a quiet location (apart from the early rising seagulls that are clearly uncontrollable) within easy walking distance of the town and numerous beaches. There were a few missing bits of basic kitchen equipment and dodgy blinds which affected getting access to natural light but these are easily rectifiable. The sun only really hit thRead moree back terrace in August mid morning, so fab for a late breakfast but not much else. It was however more spacious than we expected, inside. This part of Cornwall is really beautiful and absolutely full of opportunities for enjoyment whatever your passion is. Hide

Nice location, close to town and shops etc. Spacious inside with some nice views from top floor. Has everything you could possibly want and need for your stay. The only issues we had were that the allocated bin was full on arrival and overspilling when we left (no lock on the bin!) and none of it was our rubbish! Also the dryer did not work - this Read morewould not have been an issue if Id known before but I packed thinking I would have this facility Hide

A great stay and superbly central - really cosy but lots of room because of the basement and attic rooms. The dog loved having so much space to run around.
