Situated just steps from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the harbour front, 3 Lower Saltings has been comfortably furnished, is well equipped and the ideal bolthole for those looking to take in all the town has to offer.

Set in a shared courtyard, the apartment has two steps leading down into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has a Smart TV. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and a stable door which gives access to the shared courtyard. In the wet room is a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

The cottage is fabulous. Very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. it isn't short of anything! Perfect location too with the beach right on its doorstep. We are already planning to re-book for next year.

The property is comfortable. Nicely laid out, fresh colours, tasteful furniture. Good shower - very important! A very pleasant stay.

A lovely, warm modern interior, the bathroom is a treat. We loved being able to walk out straight onto the beach. Stepping out into a small courtyard made it quiet with a secure feeling. This was our second visit this year so we noticed some wear and tear - on the carpet and heating system - but as this was late November I'm sure winter is the tiRead moreme for repairs. a Lovely relaxing place to enjoy St Ives. We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Lower Saltings in St Ives. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, being so close to the beach.

A lovely flat in a fabulous location, well equipped and everything works. Porthmeor has the Norway stores and two good restaurants. We has sunshine too, a blissful week.
