Situated just off the corner of Street-an-Pol and St Andrews Street this house has been renovated to a high standard with the living room on the top floor to take advantage of the light and the views of St Ives town and Bay.

Entrance up 1 flight of stairs to First Floor: Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with 5ft bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Separate wc. Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. Second Floor: Attic living room with TV, DVD player and balconette window with rooftop views of St Ives and the harbour.

Pet Welcome: 1 pet welcomed at £25 per week.  

Power and heating: Central heating, electricity included.
Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Lovely cottage and location - amazing views over the harbour.. Very comfortable. two sets of stairs may be an issue to people with mobility issues.

Sunnyside is a beautiful comfortable home. The decor is so fitting for st Ives. The views over the bay are amazing and a great location only a couple of minutes walk from Fore Street. Highly recommended and will be returning! Thank you!

House was in a great location for the town. Easy walking distance. Everything there that we as a family needed for general day to day stuff. Beds were comfy and the house was warm! Thanks for having us!
