Enjoying an elevated position situated in the popular St Nicholas Court complex on Porthmeor beach this lovely, loft style apartment enjoys sea views across the bay of St Ives and a terrace to enjoy alfresco dining.

48 St Nicholas Court is on one level throughout. The entrance hall from the patio takes you through to a spacious open plan apartment with a well equipped kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The lounge/dining area with views over the bay has a 5ft sofa bed, Smart TV and DVD player. The main bedroom with access to the patio has a 5ft bed and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Laundry room on site.

Heating: Electric controllable radiators throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. There is a laundry room available on site. (additional charge for guests). WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 48 (approx 15ft L x 6ft 8in W) - access to car doors can be difficult.

ARRIVAL MUST BE BEFORE 10PM AS AT THIS TIME THE COMMUNAL GATES ARE LOCKED AND ACCESS TO THE KEY SAFE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

Exactly as advertised, perfectly positioned for a wonderful beach holiday. Beautiful views, clean, quiet and well stocked in every room. Super spacious.. except dont expect to get in the parking spot! Anything bigger than say an Astra(?) and youre not getting out. Plan on parking elsewhere, but it is handy to have a comfortable place to unload. We Read morewould book again in a heartbeat though. Such a lovely well placed complex. Highly recommended. Hide

We were unable to park our car we have a medium SUV when we try to park it but unable to get out of the car as a other car was park in there space next to us we had to park in the island car park.

Great views of porthmeor beach from the roof windows, and great that it has allocated parking. Flat itself is really big and great for hosting if thats what you needed. You may need to bring your own toilet roll / bin bags however as we were left with only 1 of each upon arrival.

Lovely location right near the beach and very quiet. Be aware parking is tight.Bathroom needs a bit of modernisation. Lots of steps.Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at 48 St Nicholas court lots of steps to the top but we knew that anyway . Views out of the window where stunning we saw some lovely sunsets . You need to be very nimble to park your car in the space provided as the driver will have to climb out as you cant open your door or doors if the car in the next space is parked once youRead morer in . Lovely location and lovely to have the outside space, which is a real sun trap. Space feels large and airy.
