Compact, well fitted, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/drier and dishwasher. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and 3ft bunk beds, en-suite shower room with shower, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds, shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wc and wash basin. Second Floor: Sun room leading to roof terrace with spectacular views of Porthmeor beach, the harbour and beyond.

10 Porthmeor Square House can be let in conjunction with 10 Porthmeor Square Apartment to provide accommodation for 10 people.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels and provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring own cot linen.

We had a fabulous week in St Ives, the cottage was beautiful and could not have been more conveniently located, it was only a few steps away from Porthminster Beach, the harbour and the shopping streets. The rooftop sunroom and terrace were fantastic bonuses, lovely to sit out and relax in the evenings. Great cottage in a central location. The orangery and balcony in the roof are fantastic. The view of the sunsets over porthmeor are second to none.

A fantastically located cottage with amazing views from the top of the house (a welcome outside space too) providing plenty of space for our family for our Nrw Year stay
