Situated on the slipway, just feet away from the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach its location makes it the perfect property for a couple to relax all year round. One well behaved dog is welcome.

The comfortable living area has a window seat in which to enjoy the partial views of the golden, sandy beach and sea, there is also a Smart TV and Klipsch Bluetooth speaker. The bedroom area is just off the lounge with a 4ft 6in bed. To the rear is a spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner with an induction hob and electric cooker, fridge and washer/dryer. The large recently renovated bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. 

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired.
Pets: One dog allowed for an additional charge.
Shop: 0.1 mls. Pub: 0.2 mls.

Parking: No parking at the property however you can briefly park outside the front door to unload.

Ideal location for Porthmeor beach, this accomodation is very clean, tidy and practical, and is an ideal base for seeing all of St Ives. Have stayed here many times and will book again.

The apartment was amazing as always, with easy access to the beach, great views of the beach, very useful wifi, lots of space, good facilities, especially the shower, (which was awesome until our last day, when the screw on the runner for the door unexpectedly popped out), and a very much appreciated gift pack on our arrival. The service company Read morewere very helpful and accessible too, as we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the apartment and they promptly sorted out some spare keys to be delivered to us, and then sorting the derailed shower door. Comfortable, warm, spacious, well equipped and decorated. Right by the beach: great in mid-winter for people- and beach-watching from the living room picture window, which faces the slipway to the beach. Just a very few steps from the entry door to the glorious beach. Well located, with car-park close by.

This apartment is ideally placed, not only for the beach, but all the other amenities that St Ives has to offer, (shops, walks, sea views, galleries etc).
