Centrally located with breath-taking views across Porthmeor Beach and beyond to its namesake, Island View is an ideal retreat for a family holiday, with the benefit of a reserved parking space approx 10 -15 minutes walk away.
Off the hallway is a lounge with 42" Smart TV. The comfortable dining room is complete with CD player and iPod dock. The hallway leads through to the recently renovated kitchen area with double electric oven and hob, dual cook microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine just off the kitchen. There is a ground floor shower room with a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Stairs lead to the first floor with 3 bedrooms, two of which have fantastic views across the bay to The Island. The first bedroom has a 4ft 6 bed, USB ports and TV, the second a 2ft 6in bed (more suitable for a child) and USB ports, and the third has 2 x 3ft beds and USB ports. There is also a bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Stairs to the second-floor lead into a bedroom (open to stairs) with 2 x 3ft beds, USB ports, a TV, 2 chairs and arguably the best view in the house across Porthmeor Beach and over to the Island. Island View also benefits from 2 outside areas, one to the front complete with picnic bench and a yard with handy drying area to the back.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Highchair provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
Parking: Parking for 1 car in a private car park located on Bishops Road (approx 10-15 minutes walk from the property).
