This well presented first floor apartment enjoys quite magnificent views over St Ives Harbour towards Porthminster Beach and Porthminster Point.

Entrance up 11 steps. Slate tiled hallway. Sitting area with sofa-bed, balcony and stunning views with TV and DVD player. Dining area with bay window with harbour views. Open Plan Kitchen with electric oven, hob, larder fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and wc.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Cafe: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No WiFi. Mobile phone reception varies. The flat is located in a busy area of the town close to shops and is therefore subject to noise.

We are very happy with the apartment.However, there is a sports bar adjacent to the double bedroom. ,so can hear clearly commentary, and cheering ,on occasion late into the night,and early hours. Then when customers come out to smoke ,they stand directly below bedroom window,creating alot of noise late at night.

Wonderful location, but next to a sports bar called the Wreck which was playing live music and DJ until 1 pm on Saturday evening, with bedroom right next to the music in the adjacent room

The views are stunning but unfortunately The Wreck pub next door is the other side of the main bedroom and played exceptionally loud music til 2am. Had a very uncomfortable stay.

We have rented many places in St Ives and I have to say we haven't had a worse experience than this one. The place simply felt unclean. There was no soap in the bathroom - we had to go out and purchase are own. The TV did not work. The rental company did someone out to fix it., which got it functional - but we had to leave it on and mute it alRead morel the time, because the remote control simply didn't work. There is no excuse for any holiday let to not provide wifi. This is 2024. Everyone needs it. It is not a high cost for the home owner, but deeply inconvenient for the renter to find out it isn't provided. This unit is right above a Cornish Pasty shop. For vegetarians, the constant smell of cooking meat was intolerable, and resulted in our leaving after one day in the unit. Even if you are not a vegetarian, the smell becomes overwhelming very quickly. We couldn't leave the windows closed because it was way too hot. But with the windows open the smell and the noise was intolerable ... and the noise went on until well after 1am. I'm sorry to say it was a relatively miserable experience. The only time I could see anyone wanting this unit is in the winter time when you can keep all the windows closed and the noise is not so bad. It does have lovely views of the harbor, but everything else negated our ability to enjoy them. We paid for 4 days and left after one. Hide
