TWO PARKING SPACES VERY GOOD .PLENTY OF ROOM ALL VERY CLEAN AND TIDY BACK GARDEN SPACE WITH BENCH + SEATS .SITUATED UP THE HILL MIGHT NOT SUIT SOME PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS.GOOD VIEW FROM THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY OUT TO SEA .COULD NOT FAULT THE PROPERTY. HAD A VERY NICE WEEKS HOLIDAY.

We had a great stay at The Lookout. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk everywhere in St Ives. The parking at the property was a great bonus as we noticed the difficulty parking seemed to be in all the car parks we saw. It was so nice to have a sea view from the property and such a direct walk down to Porthmeor beach. The property Read morewas well equipped with everything we needed, even an air fryer! There wasnt any wifi but luckily we were able to connect through EE and use a fire stick when we had a rainy day. We would definitely stay here again! Hide

This property doesn't have Internet. It hasn't been updated for a long time. Double bed is very uncomfortable. Not much bedroom space to have suitcases. Lighting is very poor very dim lights

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lookout, which is a very comfortable property, with a fantastic view. We were expecting more of a hike back up from the beach - it's not that bad at all, even with bags of beach stuff to carry!

The flat was warm and comfortable. Parking excellent. Frome the lounge window great view towards the sea.

I would have scored higher for cleanliness but the kitchen utensils were dirty and the furniture in the main bedroom was dirty/dusty. There were cup marks on the bedside table.
