Located on Back Road West in the popular Downalong area of the town this charming, well equipped ground floor apartment is in a great position to enjoy everything the town has to offer at any time of the year.

From Back Road West you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has an electric log effect fire, TV, DVD player and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. In the bedroom is a 5ft kingsize bed and heated towel rail and in the en-suite shower room there is a shower, wc and wash basin.

Pets: 2 dogs welcome - £25.00 per dog per week. Information about bringing your dog.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric wall heaters
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Great for two adults + two dogs, location is a double sided sword! Great for distance to beach & Island for dog owners, but (as we knew from description prior your pit stop unload / loading of car due too one way street & is circuit for ALL traffic that goes along harbour front. The bigger but is the Friday, Saturday & Sunday local rowdy scooter, Read moremotorcycle & boy racer car's, we choose deliberately out of season so not too crowded , however may be not to everyone's choice! I booked two , week tickets for The Island Car Park via St Ives council website, all great & knew it was not a garantie of a space, only had two day's where we had to wait ! Hide

Lovely cottage, has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The whole property is quite small, and if youre on the large size youll find the bathroom a bit of a problem. Its right on one of the main roads out of St Ives and can be very noisy, but a wonderful position for the town and beaches. Lovely property , but a bit small and a noisRead morey road. Hide

Location central which made getting around St Ives easy. Problem is that St Ives is not designed for so much traffic and the cottage sits on the road leading out of town. The front door literally opens on to the road.

Pleased to have internet this year, however we did have to relocate the box as where it was placed on the table by the settee we found that we were unable to access the internet. We had to it put on the window ledge to enable connection. We were only able to get Channel 5 on the television, fortunately, once we had access to the internet all channRead moreels were available via the various streaming sites. We had a lovely time in St Ives and thought that on the whole the property was fantastic, Very clean and suitable to our needs, and also very close to everything. Thank You Hide

Perfect for a couple, the apartment was in a really good position, with everything close by, liked that everything was on one level so good for people with limited mobility, we had a very enjoyable weeks stay!

Drain to the sink and shower blocked and I managed to unblock shower drain which was blocked with hairs and black gunk!
