Open plan Lounge/Diner with TV, CD player. Kitchen area with electric cooker and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Master Bedroom with 5ft bed with radio and iPod dock, ensuite shower room with power shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Door to outside decked area with patio furniture. Second Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, TV and fitted wardrobe with roof window (with opener). Bathroom: spacious with Villeroy and Bosch fittings. Power shower above bath and heated towel rail. Enclosed small front terrace area benefiting from evening sun.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.  
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please bring own cot linen.

The flat is in a great location, and a good space. The little patio at the back gets sun all afternoon and the front gets sun in the evening so a lovely aspect. We unfortunately would not stay here again or recommend.

Amazing location near town and beaches. The flat was comfortable but a bit tired in places, and a few things that made it harder with 2 small children e.g. highchair too dirty to use, microwave broken, nowhere to hang washing.

2 Ocean Breezes is a spacious property. Good location although need to be aware there are steep hills on all sides so may not be suitable for everyone. Car park opposite is good but always busy, may have to wait for a space. Easy check in and we were surprised how spacious the property was with 2 good sized bedrooms snd 2 bathrooms. Clean and wellRead more equipped, with a small outdoor space to dry your washing ect. You can see the sea through the lounge window beyond the car park. Overall we had a pleasant stay, thanks. Hide

We loved our stay in St Ives, the apartment is close to the harbour and the car park just over the road was a god send! The apartment has everything you need for your holiday, beds were comfy and living area very spacious, we loved the patio door in the bedroom with access to the small outside area. The only down side for us was the walk back up toRead more the property from the harbour, it is very steep, we were both exhausted by the time we got back and this put us off going into the town ! Fantastic location - a short walk (downhill) from the main surfing beach, the town and all other beaches. Ideal for 2 couples, especially with the bathroom and en suite. All towels are provided and there is a bookcase with some games and books too.

Overall we were very happy with the accommodation except on the last two days the weather turned windy and the skylight in the bedroom wouldnt shut completely so lots of debris blew in onto the bed which wasnt pleasant to have to sleep in there
