Situated on The Porthminster side of town, Oceanis is a contemporary, light and airy ground floor apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lovely sea view from the bay window of the living area and it is in a super position, just a few minutes' walk to the town, with it's harbour, golden, sandy beaches, bus and train station.
There is level access to the communal entrance.

Living/Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/drier and microwave. The dining table seats up to four guests and the living area has comfy sofas, a TV and DVD player and a lovely sea view from the bay window.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
En suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with zip and link beds which can be joined to make a king size double (please advise on booking if you require the double configuration), bedside tables and wardrobe.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
OUTSIDE AND PARKING: There is secure garage parking for one car. No outside space, however, Porthminster Beach is a short walk away.
Power and Heat: Gas central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. On-site parking for one car in garage door height 6ft 5", width 9ft - larger vehicles may find access to the garage more difficult if cars are parked opposite, as the turning circle will be reduced.
