Situated on The Porthminster side of town, Oceanis is a contemporary, light and airy ground floor apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lovely sea view from the bay window of the living area and it is in a super position, just a few minutes' walk to the town, with it's harbour, golden, sandy beaches, bus and train station.

There is level access to the communal entrance.
The hallway leads to the:
Living/Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/drier and microwave. The dining table seats up to four guests and the living area has comfy sofas, a TV and DVD player and a lovely sea view from the bay window.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
En suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom 2:  A twin bedroom with zip and link beds which can be joined to make a king size double (please advise on booking if you require the double configuration), bedside tables and wardrobe.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING: There is secure garage parking for one car. No outside space, however, Porthminster Beach is a short walk away.

Power and Heat: Gas central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. On-site parking for one car in garage door height 6ft 5", width 9ft - larger vehicles may find access to the garage more difficult if cars are parked opposite, as the turning circle will be reduced.

This apartment is clean and great for two couple or a small family. The living and dining area are comfy. The 2 bedrooms are fine but the 2 single beds are on the small side. There is a bathroom and an en-suite. It is a short 5 minute walk (down a steep hill) to the town and beaches. We found the apartment clean, all the beds were comfortable, the garage was of a good size and the harbour was close. The apartment is on a very busy road, and therefore arriving and leaving from the garage can be daunting.The traffic could also be a problem in the warmer weather if the windows are open. Excellent location, the apartment was lovely and warm due to it's sun facing aspect. Post pandemic like many places a little tired around the edges and in need of some maintenance. The private parking is a diamond in the rough as you don't often get parking on site in St Ives. The living room, dining room and kitchen were very well laid out offerinRead moreg cosy evening space and light bright lazy breakfast spaces. The apartment is suited to someone with limited mobility, manual wheelchair and walking frame users would not struggle here. Power wheelchair users might struggle a little but with assistance it's doable, not suitable for adults requiring a hoist or rotunda for moving to or from wheelchair. 7 minute walk to 2 co-ops but be warned St Ives is old and the council is yet to install dropped kerbs on the majority of pavements meaning there are times where you have to walk along the road. Some areas are quite steep to navigate, but the majority of the streets in Portminster town and along to St Ives are flat, some areas are cobbled so needs good suspension to wheel around. Many of the shops have failed to make themselves accessible using portable ramps, however some were incredible with customer service, running out to assist and offering for the carer to take photos of items to show to the disabled person. Overall we had a pleasant stay and have left feedback for the owner regarding the maintenance issues to look into that may have easily been overlooked during a busy peak season. Hide

In quite a good location, but in need of a good clean and decorating. For the price we paid we had better for less money in Carbis Bay.

The apartment was in a lovely location. Central to everything. Very hilly so be warned. The garage is very large inside and was big enough to take off the top box and store at the side. When I asked if there was anywhere for it to be stored they said no. We stored it in the garage all week (not on the car). It needs a good refurb.

Great location, clean and tidy apartment. Garage for parking, was large though tight access for cars off the road, due to parked cars.

Lovely little flat for a holiday, lots of space and was very clean on arrival. Slightly tricky to find even with directions. Short walk down the sea front n town centre though lots of steep hills so may not suit everyone! Fab place would def stay again.

Just back from a 2 week stay at Oceanis. Lovely Downstairs apartment, in nice area, close walk to both beach and shops. Apartment very comfortable, light and airy with everything you could need. Parking for one car in a garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in a great location,with the bonus off a garage,needs some repairs but overall very nice ,I would recommend staying hear, and st ives has a lot to offer.

The property was in a very good location & within walking distance to the centre of St Ives ,the property was also spotless and had everything that was required during our stay and having a garage to park in was also very pleasing.

Lovely Apartment, clean and with everything you need. The views from the living room are nice and it was only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, about 10 minutes back due to the steps, but a great location.

Some basics in the property need looking at including Basin plugs, shower screen in Bathroom, needed a peg to hold it in a usable position, en-suite shaving light didnt work. Push button flushing to both wcs were difficult, Venetian blinds generally tatty looking. Some basic utensils like bottle opener, kitchen scissors missing.
