A modernised terraced cottage situated in the heart of the historic fisherman's quarter of Downalong. Close to the harbour, shops and beaches the property is arranged on three floors and has been tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washer/drier and radio. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. First Floor: Lounge with TV, DVD player and decorative stove style gas fire. This room has a bed/settee to sleep a fourth person or as an alternative double. Second Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and TV. Bedroom with 3ft bed and TV.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Stair gate provided.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Stove style gas fire purely decorative purposes only.  Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. Had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable, apart from the wi-fi which was terrible. Also a small welcome basket wouldve been appreciated after a long journey. All in all a lovely stay - thank you

A lovely traditional St Ives Cottage. Clean, well equipped and warm and welcoming for a sometimes wet and chilly Autumn stay. As a regular St Ives visitor over a period of 30 years we know how quirky these houses are and if you look beyond the steep stairs and low headroom in places, this was one of the better ones we've stayed in.

The stairs were a bit challenging for me (almost 80yrs old) but we enjoyed our stay and the location.

It is a fantastic cottage when we arrived it was spotless. The kitchen had everything home from home with a large fridge good size freezer and a great washer/ dryer needed for a two-week stay when you travel by train. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower over the bath. There was no window but it felt light due to the decor and size. The liviRead moreng room was big and so cozy even when it was cold at night there was no need for the heating to go on. Lovely decor we enjoyed just chilling out after a long day out and about. The main bedroom was great plenty of storage and lights with a comfortable double bed we certainly slept well. The second bedroom with a single bed was lovely there were only two of us so the extra clothes rail and chest of drawers were brilliant and our suitcases fitted under the single bed. The front of the house has small lines to hang your washing or beach towels on and in the afternoon sun, they dry very quickly. There was enough space on the front for two small chairs and have a beer which was great. The location was perfect and quiet right near to all the beaches and shops. I would literally live in this house we loved it. Hide

This is a great located 2 bedroom property within easy reach of the harbour and porthgwidden. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need.

I have used this cottage a number of times in the past This cottage is outstanding in all ways ,location ,parking, I hope to book this cottage next year, I have taken my holiday in St Ives for the past 20 years

This was the third time we stayed at 9 Teetotal Street. The cottage is clean and comfortable. Whilst no sea view, it is well located in a quiet street in the old part of the town. Such a pleasure to stay there and we will be returning.
