We have stayed at this property before, and we love it. When we arrived, the property was absolutely spotless. The kitchen has everything you need including a washer/dryer, which is needed on a two-week stay and when travelling on trains; a nice large fridge and a good-sized freezer. The bathroom is lovely, and the shower was fantastic. This is oveRead morer the bath, which made no difference, as it was very powerful and no water went onto the floor due to a very good screen. The living room is spacious and very cosy with a large TV and wifi was faultless. The main bedroom had plenty of space for clothing, and the bed was very comfortable, we slept so well. The second single room was great for two large suitcases to fit under the bed and had extra hanging space for clothes and a great-sized chest of drawers. Outside the front door was a small washing line which came in very handy for drying towels and also inside an airer. Everything was catered for home from home we loved it and so close to everything. We shall be booking again for next year. Hide

A wonderful little bolthole for exploring St. Ives and surrounding area. It's a real home from home and being so close to the island carpark (17 for a weeks parking) is great. The only negative is the bathroom being on the ground floor and the bedroom on the second floor. Not great in the middle of the night. But we realised this is most likely theRead more same for a lot of these old cottages. We would definitely return. Hide

We had a lovely week staying in this great little property. It is minutes away from the beaches and the town center. The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay. These cottages are very old and the ceilings are quite low, with a narrow staircase. It suited us but if you are on the large side, you would probably struggle with it. Very nicely decorated cottage with some amazing art work on the walls with a sea side theme. Clean and comfortable on all three levels with living room on the middle floor and kitchen on ground floor within a short walk to all the sandy beaches that are outside the kitchen door down the street and round the corner!

Lovely accommodation in a great location. Had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable, apart from the wi-fi which was terrible. Also a small welcome basket wouldve been appreciated after a long journey. All in all a lovely stay - thank you

A lovely traditional St Ives Cottage. Clean, well equipped and warm and welcoming for a sometimes wet and chilly Autumn stay. As a regular St Ives visitor over a period of 30 years we know how quirky these houses are and if you look beyond the steep stairs and low headroom in places, this was one of the better ones we've stayed in.
