Very close to town centre and museums, shops and beaches. Car parking is rather a steep walk up hill over many steps if carrying luggage or children which we were not so all fine

We really enjoyed our stay in this homely welcoming house. It's a home that's been lived in, don't expect pristine carpets and walls, but we liked that. The spaces are great. Comfy living room and dining area, small kitchen and cute outdoor space downstairs. Beautiful bathroom, spacious hallway landing area and two small bedrooms on first floor,Read more with doors opening up to lovely garden and steps up to cute cabin. Master bedroom in attic space really big with comfy bed and views out to the ocean. We loved all the decorative touches reminding you that you're by the seaside. Heating works really well and shower was hot and water flow strong. Location is great. Not quite as charming as staying in Downalong right on the harbour like we have before BUT, the street is nice and quiet and it really is only a five minute stroll to all the harbour action. Oh, and the parking space up the hill is perfect. Seemed safe and secure and a chance to work off the pasties and beer when you walk up those steps! Hide

We found the location of the cottage perfect for walking into St Ives. The car parking space was useful too. The property looked lovely - very stylish - and had everything that we needed for the week. However all the beds had extremely uncomfortable mattresses and we struggled to get at all comfortable in bed every night after a busy day of touringRead more and walking. We have never experienced such oddly-sprung, very hard-surfaced mattresses before in any rented accommodation, and being tired from lack of sleep every night did affect our holiday. That one important aspect let the accommodation down as everything else was good. Unfortunately it would prevent us from booking the cottage again. Hide

A lovely cottage in a ideal location. Our children had a ball - a lovely big bathroom and plenty of space to come together but also to find pockets of privacy.

Visited 21 Trenwith Place in June this year with family. Comfortable property with everything that you could need, well appointed throughout with a garden on different levels at the rear of the property, handy having a parking space as well.

This is a gem of a property in a stunning location! Close to the beautiful beaches in St Ives & has the added benefit of a parking place. Though be prepared for a bit of a walk, it's quite a few steps from the parking place to the property. The only negative is we found the top floor room really hot, but otherwise it was the perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! St Ives is wonderful and this house was so comfortable and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas, and the 'summer house' was excellent for evenings when it was just a little too chilly to sit outside. Having a parking space was a particular bonus - and was fairly easy to find (although note it is up Read morea big hill from the house - we dropped our stuff first) - especially as every car park we saw said full. Would defo recommend! Hide

Lovely cottage in a perfect location. Has been well thought out and has all the essentials for a home from home visit. Also has the bonus of a car park space and beautiful views from various parts of the cottage and summer house.

Trenwith place, is located close to the centre within walking distance which is great, the property itself was clean and spacious, however upon arrival we discovered a big pool of water on the kitchen floor (freezer door left open) and the Wi-Fi was disconnected and modem hidden behind the sofa. All a bit of a faff! Where the property's parking iRead mores needs to be more clear, perhaps instructions left in the property. Hide
