Quayside is an attractive harbour side property, situated at the top of the old slipway onto the Beach. It is divided into two apartments, and has commanding views across the harbour to the bay from both.

Entrance up one flight of stairs to the First Floor landing shared with the entrance to the Apartment. Locked door to Lounge/kitchen/diner with bay window and seat overlooking the harbour, TV, DVD player, CD player, electric coal effect fire, table and chairs, storage heater. Kitchen area with fridge, electric oven, hob and microwave. Locked door to Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and room for a cot, en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, wash basin and wc. Please note this is a split property with living and sleeping accommodation being either side of a shared hallway.

This studio can be let in conjunction with Quayside Apartment to provide accommodation for 8 people.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided, but can be hired.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Restaurant: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. 15 steps up to the property, may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Clean and comfy with a lovely view thrown in. Bit of a pain having to use the keys to go from room to room. My main fear was forgetting to take the key with me in case I locked my self out but it soon became second nature

The very best thing about this apartment is its location and bay window. The shared area between the lounge and bedroom is a little odd, but didnt bother as no one is using the duplex above us. The very worst thing was the worn out sofa which really needs replacing,

Fantastic location. Beautiful view. The set up of 2 separate locked rooms with a communal hallway between them is very odd.

Again I write to say the only good thing about the studio is the location. Kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery need attention. Seating is uncomfortable. Bed has seen better days. We only returned for the location.

A great quirky place to stay. Well equipped, and whilst the 2 rooms are quirky with the corridor, you soon get used to it. The view is just wonderful, great people watching as well as watching the harbour fill up. Great place for the price!

I visit the studio every year and always love my time here. The location could not be better with fantastic views across the harbour, and dogs playing on the beach right outside the window. I work remotely here and the Wi-Fi is very reliable and fast.

This accommodation is very tired and in need of a proper clean. Everything is done as cheaply as possible. To access the bedroom and bathroom from the living room is across a public hallway which is very inconvenient.

Great location but very dated inside. Needs some money spent on it by its owners to be good enough for us to recommend or return. The layout of the rooms either side of a shared hallway is annoying.

The studio location was amazing with the most amazing view, even if they were interrupted on our first morning by the window cleaner. The lay out of the apartment is somewhat different, with the living accommodation and sleeping accommodation divided by a shared hallway with the upstairs apartment. We did unfortunately find this noisy when the guesRead morets with young children staying above us were leaving early in the morning. It was equipped adequately, right down to salt and vinegar and washing up liquid. Car parking was a little bit of an issue, with the closest car park getting full very quickly, if you have a vehicle bigger than an SUV I wouldnt recommend trying the island car park (closest to the property). Slap bang in the middle of St Ives harbor with plenty of food and drink options. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the window seat views on a daily basis. Hide

We loved the location, the view from the flat is amazing, you can almost reach out and touch the sand. It is a busy spot above the slipway and close to the pub which means that there is always something going on. It is also a prime busker location, some were very talented but some less so. The hallway splitting the flat in two lockable sections is Read moreodd. If you have nice people in the flat above it is ok, we were lucky in this respect. We would come again though as we had a fab week. Hide
