The cottage is situated in a quaint pedestrian cobbled lane in the old part of St. Ives, less than 5 minutes from beaches and shops, the cottage enjoys sea views from all 3 bedrooms.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/drier, electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. First Floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and sea view over roof tops, Ensuite shower room with wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2ft 6in bunk beds and view of Porthmeor and The Island. Second Floor: Large studio/bedroom with picture windows at each end with panoramic views over Porthmeor on one side and the bay and Hayle on the other, 4ft 6in pine bed.

PARKING: Parking for 1 car at Bishops Road in a private car park (approx 10-15 minutes walk from the property).

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.

Nice cottage. Good location. Lovely sea view of both the harbour and Porthmeor from the roof top bedroom. Good WiFi,. En-suite small, maybe could do with updating. Family bathroom nice. Kitchen nice and well equipped. Be mindful that no direct access for unloading/loading car and there is a very steep hill and steps to get to Barnoon carpark.

Great location tucked away between Porthmeor and Harbour beaches. Only foot traffic going past so nice and quiet. Clean with a well stocked kitchen. You must be prepared to hump your luggage up and down steps. If you choose to use the reserved car space , it is not too far away, but once again quite a climb up steps.

Ideal location, excellent views from upper floors. Lovely cottage, kitchen well equipped. It is worth noting for less able people that there are steps up to the front door and the steps up to the 2nd floor bedroom are very steep.
