Kitchen well equipped. Living area lacked any occasional table. Cushions small and inadequate for comfort. Long coffee table available last year now missing. We had to improvise with trays on pouffes..not good. Bathroom very good, plenty of hot water. Major issue storage heater in lounge was broken and could not be repaired. We were cold for firRead morest two days. Should have been noticed by cleaning staff sooner. Bedroom furniture tired, doors and drawers sticking, also lounge door rubbing on floor. Paintwork dirty around doors. Hide

Lovely location and stunning views. But property very tired looking needs some serious maintenance. It is the 1st time in origonal cottage property it was not cleaned to a high standard.

The views are just incredible and the sounds of the waves as you sleep is wonderful. The location is perfect since it's not on a busy street in the centre of the town or adjacent to the pubs / restaurants so is quiet, but is also just a stones throw to the centre to access all those things when you want - close enough for us to run our daughter toRead more the lifeboat station in less than 30 seconds when the siren goes off! It is more spacious than your average St Ives cottage with a large downstairs and bathroom and lots of practical things you need when on holiday - e.g. drying racks over the bath, plenty of coat hooks and hangers etc (small things that make a big difference). We will be coming back again for certain. Hide

Lovely cottage, right on the doorstep of shops and both beaches in St Ives. No better view in the whole world from the lounge and 2 bedroom windows in my opinion! Really good value for money and couldn't be in a better location. Highly recommend!

Myself, my wife, and our two teenagers stayed at Titcomb House for a week during a visit from Colorado. We had an absolute fantastic visit.
