A comfortable, modern ground floor apartment which has been finished to a high standard. All of St Ives' shops, bars, restaurants and galleries are all an easy stroll away from your front door. Simply perfect for a relaxing and pleasurable break away.

The attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Smart TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a TV the other with 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom has a walk in double shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

The well presented apartment suited the pair of us very well. It had good, facilities and a great location. Would totally recommend. Intend rebooking for next year too!

We come to St Ives every year and have stayed in lots of different cottages/apartments. It was our first time here and what a wonderful week we had. The apartment was lovely and clean and well maintained. Everything was of a high standard, comfortable beds, sofa, well equipped kitchen, even a Ninja air fryer! The utility was fantastic with the washRead moreer and dryer. Easy walk down into St Ives and the car park space is obviously a huge bonus. We would highly recommend this apartment. This property is fantastic, it had everything you could need for a great stay. The utility area was great for storing beach things. The property had two camping chairs which were great as we didnt take ours. It has a hairdryer. The bath towels are on the smaller side so if you like a larger towel take one with you. The location was ideal, a bit of Read morea hill walk from the town but I loved the exercise. Hide

Such a lovely stay here. Very clean, comfortable and with everything you need. The parking space opposite is a super bonus (especially in St Ives) and it is so close to the beach and town. Plus you can take your dog so our four legged child had a holiday too ! Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.
