A comfortable, modern ground floor apartment which has been finished to a high standard. All of St Ives' shops, bars, restaurants and galleries are all an easy stroll away from your front door. Simply perfect for a relaxing and pleasurable break away.

The attractive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 37" TV with Amazon Firestick, DVD player. There are two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a TV the other with 3ft bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a communal courtyard with seating to enjoy an evening tipple.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel Cot provided.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.5 ml.

Pets: 1 dog welcome - £25 per dog per week. Information about bringing your dog.

Such a lovely stay here. Very clean, comfortable and with everything you need. The parking space opposite is a super bonus (especially in St Ives) and it is so close to the beach and town. Plus you can take your dog so our four legged child had a holiday too ! Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

A small family apartment with a steep walk down into the town. Good car parking, but beware of the seagulls.
