Stylishly refurbished  whilst retaining many of its original features, Trevoda House is a perfect base for a family holiday. The shops, harbour, restaurants and beaches are just a few minutes walk away.

Entrance directly into the Lounge/Dining Area which has a log burner and Smart TV. There is an understairs storage cupboard housing the washing machine. Through to the Kitchen with breakfast bar, Range style electric oven with double gas hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and door to small courtyard. Stairs lead from the Lounge to the first floor with two bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and a twin room with 2 x 3ft single beds. The Bathroom has a bath with hand held shower on taps, wc and wash basin. Also on this floor is a Kid's Den with seating and TV. Stairs to second floor leading to two further bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed and one with 3ft bunk beds. Wet room with shower, wc and wash basin and door leading to an attractive roof terrace with furniture.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 medium-sized dog accepted all year round, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.

This property is in a brilliant area, perfect for all the beaches, shops and the harbour! However if youre looking for a little luxury then this isnt the property for you! The furniture is tired and dated the kitchen is in need of being replaced and everywhere is very basic

location wise, the house is situated very close to St Ives and within waling distance for older people giving them full access to the pictuerest views of St Ives, the house is just what you expect uneven floors, quirky windows, open log fire and stone floors, just what I was looking for in my view. we totally enjoyed our stay at the house, witRead moreh a 89 year old and 4 month old so very different needs in the family. What a wonderful place to stay. Loved the playroom, plenty if space for three generations or two families to comfortably spread out. Comfy beds, pillows and sofas. We would recommend and hope we can stay there again.

Fantastic week at Trevoda with our big family. Plenty of space and super comfortable with everything you could need and in a great location in the centre of st ives
