Bedroom 1: King size bed (5'), TV and sea views.  En Suite Shower Room: Shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Super spacious bedroom with twin beds (3'), bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe, plus TV with DVD player.
Bathroom: Whirlpool bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

OUTSIDE: Private patio area to the front of the apartment with table and chairs.

PARKING: Allocated parking space for one car to the rear of the property in the communal parking area (approximately 1.8 metres wide). 


Power and Heat: Gas central heating. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is brilliant. A great location about a 5 minute walk down into St Ives. The lounge is large with 2 comfy sofas and a swivel chair. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Both bedrooms are comfy with plenty of hanging space and mirrors. There is a very handy parking space at the back. We stayed over newRead more year, but there is also a nice front terrace exclusively for the apartment with a sea view & outdoor table & chairs that would be great in the summer. Hide

Beautiful property in ideal location so handy to porthminster beach the train the bus everything so close by , even if elderly parents they can walk down and there is a bus that passes the property and drops u off so really ideal .

This was our third visit and will be our last. Compared to other properties, of which we visit times a year, this one is poor.

The apartment is lovely, so spacious and still cosy. I agree with the other comments regarding the big swivel chair in the window, very nice. Just a few minutes walk into the town and Porthminster beach, having the parking space at the property a real bonus. The space is a little narrow but we didn't find this a problem. The outside space is great Read moretoo. If you are thinking of booking, go for it, I can't think of any reason not to. I would certainly stay again. Hide
