A traditional grade II listed fisherman's cottage in the Downalong area of St Ives which has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Conveniently situated between the harbour and Porthmeor Beach it is within easy reach of the shops, art galleries and restaurants.

5 steps from street to stable door entrance. Ground Floor: Lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD player, Bose CD and Radio and Bose ipod dock. Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and electric hob, washer/drier, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher. Shower room including wash basin and wc. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and wash basin. Bedroom with 3ft bed.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. No children under 15 allowed. Wifi Included. Mobile reception varies. 10 steps up to the entrance, may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Parking for one car in  the Railway Station Car Park approximately 10 minutes walk from the property - note you can drop off and unload by the church close to the property.

Spot on in every way! We felt at.home immediately we stepped into the cottage. Really central location, equidistant to everything we wanted to see. The cottage was probably better equipped than my own home! Will most certainly be back. Thank you.

Lovely cottage in a great location so handy for beaches and just off the harbour with the added bonus of parking space provided. Our 2nd stay here and will be looking to come back again. Cheers!!

The cottage is in a good location for the beaches and shops. The only downside I would say are the stairs. To not have a bannister on one side is pretty dangerous. I know there is one attached to the wall but there should be one attached to where there once was a wall. These stairs are not shown in the photos of the cottage.

This property should say on its website that bathroom is on ground floor. Front access steps and staircase are steep difficult not suitable for older seniors or disabled. Whilst it is comfortable and well equipped it needs regular maintenance to bring up to standard.

Great location close to the beach, St Ives School of Art, shops and galleries. it was wonderful having a parking pass. Very clean and well-appointed. We had a fabulous week. Thank you.

The cottage was in a perfect position. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The appliances all worked and were of a high standard, especially the television! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly all the time we were there and we realised we had worried unnecessarily about it. There was a huge selection of crockery and it was all lovely. Perfect location 1 minute walk from harbour on one side and the beach on the other. Beautiful cottage and the car parking space was a real bonus.
