Clodgy view is situated above Porthmeor Beach and a short walk from the town and harbour. A ground floor apartment with far reaching sea views across Porthmeor Beach and the Island. The property is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard.

Entrance is at the rear of Clodgy View, up 5 steps to small attractive seating area. Kitchen/Dining Room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, then through to Lounge with TV, DVD player, CD player & DAB Radio Hi-Fi and 2ft 6in folding chair bed. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Shower room including wash basin and wc.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.3 ml. Pub: 0.3 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 small car on the private driveway to the rear of the property (16ft x 6ft 2in approx with restricted manoeuvrability). Please do not park at the front of the property.

While the flat itself is pleasant, in a nice location, the car park is only suitable for very small cars, as advertised.

Clodgy View is a lovely, comfortable property with a great sea view. Having 2 large comfortable sofas in the sitting room was fabulous for us, one each! The beds were also very comfortable. Internet not available from the main bedroom but otherwise ok. The tv had a full range of free view stations but no access to the internet, so no catch statioRead morens available. Anyone used to watching films should download to an iPad or mobile before arrival. Excellent property with a good range of utensils. We would highly recommend this property and would book again. A few different walking/driving routes down to the sea front. If walking it is downhill all the way so uphill coming back. Hide

Place was lovely however only downside was Internet didn't reach bedrooms and there was also no TVs in room. Car park space is very small, suggest buying a weekly parking ticket but once you move car, its hard to get parked again. We had to sometimes park at number 2, as luckily for us that wasn't occupied the week we was there, but we got told to Read moremove the car from a lady called Marie from original cottages in a manner that was not acceptable, she also didn't want to listern to what we had to say either, she wasn't very helpful at all and was rude, we would not recommend booking with them and we shall not be using them again. A really lovely flag. Much bigger than it looked on the photos as there is the kitchen/ living room in the downstairs part of the main house then an annexe with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Lovely views from the window and a good kitchen including good knives and pans, which is such a rarity!

We loved 2a Clodgy View. The apartment was clean, well equipped, had a great view and was close to the town and beach. We did not manage to fit the car in the parking spot, but a weekly pass at the car park across the road was good value.

I was disappointed we couldnt fit the car in the space . We did measure the car before going , but bins and electric boxes made it very difficult , so had to find parking costing 25 pounds

2a Clodgy View is a lovely apartment, that has everything you need for a self-catering stay; not that we cooked much; there are too many nice places to go and eat at in St Ives, but I do still like the option. The view from the living room window is looking out to sea over the top of Porthmeor Beach. The allocated parking spot at the back of the prRead moreoperty is very tight, I only have a small car and I still managed to scratch it on the rusty electric meter box. I ended up using the parking spot at the front of the property and leaving a note on my car in case the spot was needed by no.2. Hide

Very happy with the holiday. Very clean, good location, great view. Only gave a 7 for recommendation as found it really difficult to re-arrange last year and wasn't happy that if you couldn't re-hire the property, we would have had to pay for the holiday anyway. We fortunately we're able to make the holiday in the end.
