This refurbished fisherman's cottage is situated in the downalong area close to the shops, harbour, beaches and Tate Gallery. It has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with wood flooring throughout.

Ground Floor: Open plan room including Lounge area with Smart TV with integrated DVD, Sony Bluetooth speaker with CD and inset stove fireplace. Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier and fridge. First Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed, 3ft folding bed, TV/DVD player, hairdryer and distant sea views of Godrevy Lighthouse. Bedroom with 2x3ft beds, TV/DVD player and hairdryer. Bathroom:- bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Courtyard with bistro table and four chairs.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: Maximum 4 adults and 1 child. No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. No Parking.

Really lovely place, cosy and close to the beaches and perfect for a family winter break. Shame that admin support was so unhelpful with 'computer says no' attitude!

The cottages location was good in walking distance of everything. Car parking was horrendous with having to wait nearly an hour for a space and had to park behind a car and wait for them to leave to get that one so be warned when you get a space you cant move your car all the time you are there. I would recommend this if the parking was improved Read moreand more comfortable in the living room. But location was brilliant. Hide

Beautiful cottage with plenty of original features and thoughtful decorative touches. Tastefully decorated and excellent location. Close to pubs, restaurants, shops etc, yet tucked away in a quiet street, so wasn't noisy at all. Just two minutes from Porthmeor Beach where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. Would love to stay there again.

Great location, just minutes away from both Porthgwidden Beach and the harbour - and not much further to the spectacular Porthmeor Beach. Cottage is light and airy and perfect for a family beach holiday.
