A modern apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard with magnificent views across Carbis Bay Beach to Hayle, Godrevy and beyond. Access to Beach and Coast Path via steps at the end of the road.

Access via 19 steps from parking area to the entrance: Lounge with Smart TV, access to balcony with superb views over Carbis Bay beach and across the bay. Kitchen/Dining Area with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Hallway to bathroom with shower over bath, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, excellent sea views and patio doors to balcony, en-suite shower room with cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bed and sea view.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. 19 steps to access the property. Parking for 1 car located at the bottom of the entrance steps to the property.

We had another lovely stay in this apartment, and were really lucky to have super nice weather. The apartment feels like a home from home as it's so well equipped, and great for popping down to the beach. The views are so beautiful, we never tire of it.

The flat was very clean and the location was excellent. Just a short walk to the shops and nearest pub. The view of the beach was lovely, which was also just a short walk away. Location very good, near to the Carbis beach. Sleeping on these mattresses was an experience. Cooking near by a smoke detector is not funny.

We had such a wonderful stay here. It is such a lovely property, so clean and tidy. It has everything you will need for your stay. We stayed here with our two teenage boys who absolutely loved it here! The views are stunning! Carbis bay beach itself is beautiful and it's a good location to explore Cornwall from. Nice and comfortable stay in Carbis Bay. Stunning view from the flat we couldnt get enough from it. Short way to St.Ives there is always the choice of the train. In summary a unforgatable stay in Cornwall we could recommend it.

Beautiful apartment. I went with my 2 teenage grandchildren. Spotlessly clean and roomy. All the appliances you need. The view of Carbis Bay is wonderful. The weather was hit and miss but we spent ages just sat looking at the view. There are a number of steps to access the property so be prepared when you arrive with luggage. The parking spacRead moree is much appreciated. We loved the walk down to the beach, the train to St Ives and the great location to get about. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Had a lovely stay here for new years, the apartment is to a very high standard, the views are beautiful and easy access to the beach, the apartment has everything you need, will definitely be returning.

Fantastic location and wonderful views over Carbis Bay beach and towards Godrevy lighthouse. It was great to be able to walk into St Ives too. Lovely, comfortable property we'd love to return to.
