A modern apartment furnished and equipped to a very high standard with magnificent views across Carbis Bay Beach to Hayle, Godrevy and beyond. Access to Beach and Coast Path via steps at the end of the road.

Access via 19 steps from parking area to the entrance: Lounge with Smart TV, access to balcony with superb views over Carbis Bay beach and across the bay. Kitchen/Dining Area with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Hallway to bathroom with shower over bath, wc and wash basin. Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, excellent sea views and patio doors to balcony, en-suite shower room with cubicle, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft bed and sea view.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. 19 steps to access the property. Parking for 1 car located at the bottom of the entrance steps to the property.

The view is amazing,we so enjoyed watching the view of the bay. The beds not so comfortable in our opinion and the whole family struggled with this. The area is lovely and it was great to have a parking space with the flat.

Perfect stay for a baby moon! The most gorgeous location, easy access into shops etc in st Ives. Had the loveliest stay! Hopefully bring the children back with us next year!

Really lovely apartment. Spectacular views across Carbis Bay. Access to the coastal path is steps away and you can walk into St.Ives. Kitchen was the best equipped that we have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

The flat was truly great. Wonderful view over Carbis Bay and the whole flat was just right for a relaxing holiday. The deck was perfect to sit out morning and evening.

We had another lovely stay in this apartment, and were really lucky to have super nice weather. The apartment feels like a home from home as it's so well equipped, and great for popping down to the beach. The views are so beautiful, we never tire of it.

Location very good, near to the Carbis beach. Sleeping on these mattresses was an experience. Cooking near by a smoke detector is not funny.

We had such a wonderful stay here. It is such a lovely property, so clean and tidy. It has everything you will need for your stay. We stayed here with our two teenage boys who absolutely loved it here! The views are stunning! Carbis bay beach itself is beautiful and it's a good location to explore Cornwall from.
