The well equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, great views of the beach and benefits from an ensuite with a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two x 3ft beds. In the main bathroom is a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach in Summer, weather permitting.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.

This is a stylish, comfortable apartment with great views and in a great location for the shops and restaurants in st ives

Fantastic location, well-furnished and very spacious, sadly let down by the lack of tlc. We have stayed in many places in St Ives and always appreciated the welcoming touches such as milk, tea/coffee, even a bottle of wine - inexpensive gestures that go a long way, all missing here.
